The bed was too soft, two of us had a hard time sleeping. If you wanted to sleep comfortably, you had to be in the middle of the bed. At breakfast there were almost no vegetables or sour things, peppers, pickles, tomatoes... Otherwise, a positive review.

The people were no the nicest and the room cleaning was bad, the food was good but it was always the same and it was easy to get bored of it… I have been to multiple holiday inn and I had never been through something like this.

Easy to reach, perfect location near city center yet away from the main streets "chaos". The staff is well prepared for their job, the informations are given clearly and the atmosphere is very nice. Would gladly come back and recommand to others.

Отсутствует шумоизоляция, абсолютно !!! Всю ночь слушаешь, как ездят машины. Кто-то курил или в номере или на улице, затянула вытяжка, воняло дымом, пришлось проветривать. Воды в бутылках в номере нет, за такие деньги она должна быть ) Из хорошего: очень приветливый персонал и чисто в номерах.

Le camere sono arredate in modo moderno e le finiture sono posate a regola d'arte. Ottima la presenza di cuscini con diverse durezze, asse e ferro da stiro e diverse stampelle per abiti e giacche. La colazione offre un discreto assortimento qualitativo di cibi e bevande. Prima di farmi la doccia mi sono accorto che non c'era lo shampoo, ho dunque chiamato in reception, loro si sono scusati per la mancanza ed anno chiesto a me di scendere a prenderlo. Tra l'altro lo shampoo era una confezione di marca commerciale alla pari di quel che si acquista in qualsiasi supermercato. Inoltre ho notato che i vetri della camera non erano ben puliti, con segni e ditate a varie altezze. Nella nostra camera era assente il frigo bar, c'era 1 bollitore con 2 tazze ma solo 1 busta di caffè solubile ed 1 busta di caffè deca.

I loooove this place! Room is great and comfy, the stuff is nice and friendly (also always available), very quiet and clean. Breakfast was included and it deserved a special praise: great choice of sour, sweet and fruits. The hotel is pet-friendly too with a nice green terrace where a puppy can run around.
