Hotel is nice and clean, location little out of the city. Service was extremly slow. In lobby bar I wait for 30 minutes till someone come. For check in system was not working, for check out 15 minutes to get invoice. Nice hotel but not european level of service

Everything was exceptionally clean. The breakfast options were very good and everything was fresh. I really appreciated tge fact that I could choose the firmness of the pillows. Also, the location of the hotel was excellent and close to the cuty center.

Ok for the price but please, fix the air con! Room was incredibly hot and we visited in November. We had to open the window. Staff was nice.

Tolles Hotel für einen Zwischenstop in Laibach! Zimmer modern u sauber. Frühstück ausreichend u gut! Gute Lage um in die Altstadt zu kommen. Mit Hund u Kinder kein Problem!
