We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is modern and tastefully decorated. The beds super comfortable. The level of cleanliness is superb. However the very best thing about this hotel is the exceptional service from reception. The staff here go above and beyond for their customers and are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I would like to share my experience with the customer service of Hotel A, Zalec. Recently, I sent an email to the hotel late in the evening, and to my surprise, they responded almost immediately and very quickly. This thoughtfulness deserves praise, as we know how challenging it can be to provide answers at such late hours.||The response email was clearly articulated, polite, and contained precise information, which was extremely valuable to me. The patience and expertise of the customer service staff is outstanding, and their efficiency is truly impressive.||I would like to especially commend the management for their selection and training of the staff. It is evident that the hotel places great emphasis on providing the best for its guests, and this is reflected in their excellent customer service.||Thank you for the fantastic experience, and I look forward to being a guest at Hotel A, Zalec again. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer service!

В то время когда няня пошла на завтрак и сообщила там номер нашей комнаты, пришел неизвестный сотрудник и открыл картой комнату, без стука, явно не ожидав меня увидеть, так как обычно я иду завтракать позже, он сразу же убежал,даже не обьяснившись. На рецепшине нам сказали что была какая-то сработка, но не было никаких сигналов ничего и почему он тогда сразу убежал ??? Это очень странно, будьте осторожны не оставляйте вещи особенно если вы на иностранных номерах.

Fantastico! Personale gentile e cordiale, ci hanno anche regalato dei biscotti quando siamo andati via! La stanza era davvero bellissima, ampia, pulita e spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort. La colazione fantastica! Lì vicino c’è anche un ristorante chiamato “Camino” dove si mangia benissimo e ha un menù molto ricco e vario! Ci tornerei assolutamente!
