Pénteken érkeztünk hosszú hétvégére, a szobák nagyon hidegek voltak, kb vasárnap reggelre lett elviselhető a hőmérséklet, amúgy kuvaló a hely.

Nesto nikako ne stima u ovom hotelu. Stede na grejanju, na zaposlenima, uvece u 9 nema nikoga na recepciji, a posto je taj jedan covek i konobar i recepcionar i ko zna sta jos ne mozete popiti pice mada ni to nije toliki problem jer nema poente sedeti u ledari totalnoj, oko kamina koji se nikad ne pali (za 6 dana boravka jednom je goreo)..inace svuda je prehladno, ljudi jedu u jaknama, u bazenu je ledara ako si sa decom bolje ne idi.. ma hotel je blagi uzas realne 2 zvezdice slike na sajtu hotela i bookingu ne prikazuju pravo stanje. Komentar zaposlenih je da se toplije obucemo i da onda dodjemo da sedimo i setamo po hotelu i da nece ugrejati dodatno jer je temp u redu.. Drsko ponasanje od coveka koji se prvi put pojavio za 6 dana u svom hotelu. Ah da napunilu su ga nekom konferencijom pa je igraonica i sala zatvorena, gomila ljudi je u lobiju svuda preostaje vam boravak u jako skromnoj sobi sa namestajem iz davnina..

It is very cold in the lobby and restaurant. There is a fireplace but it is always off. Guests are dining in jackets. Pool is also very cold and much below the cited 27 degrees. There is a lack of employees and service is very poor. Very low value for money.

Spa center and pool should be in much better shape, towels is a must and drinking water. Also working hours should be longer esspecialy when there is no snow.

We stayed in the apartment 6+1 with two kids. The apartment has 3x the price compared to other similar apartments on Pohorje. I guess that's due to other facilities in the vicinity - free pool, sauna, self service restaurant, ski school and rent (but all of these are paid extra). However, the apartment itself is quite outdated and has heavy marks of usage. The tap water was brown, which is "normal" (according to the receptionist), and hygiene is spoty - in general it's clean, but the second toilet has really bad smell and one of the extra beds was very dirty with big pieces of black dust all over it. The beds are also not very comfortable, I woke up in pain. Supposedly they don't have any other matters option or softer overlay. We also had breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. Overall the food was acceptable, except for mashed potatoes, which looked and tasted like they were made from dehydrated mash. The apartment building is placed in a beautiful hotel village. The staff was very friendly overall and we felt very welcome. Also the service is good. Overall, it's not terrible, but definitely not worth the price (given the other options). We're probably not coming back here and will rather take something else given what's on offer.

The rooms are pretty big and they looked clean. The staff is super nice and helping. Wellness area could be better but was good enough for us. Breakfast and dinner are fantastic, really good food for a 4 star hotel.

I visited the wellness at Hotel Bolfenk. Overall very enjoyable spa experience, my friend and I particularly appreciated the supply of teas, local fruits and nuts. Robe and a towel are supplied at the hotel reception for wellness visitors, the towel could be bigger to make it easy to comfortably wrap around the body. Would come back.

I was surprised to realise this hotel offers amenities of a 2-star hotel (at best), not in the least a 4-star hotel. The water in the pool is cold, the jacuzzi is a jacuzzi (ridiculously small), saunas that go with the pool are closed, lights in the pool are only turned on when it gets completely dark (!!), it is ridiculous waiting for kitchen staff to bring food to their buffet breakfast (one has to tell the staff that there is no bread, no eggs etc., despite the fact that they are walking past the buffet). The only highlight was wonderful dinner, great food really so a 2-star rating is only due to this. And the rooms are spacious, the reception staff is very friendly. Otherwise, not worth one’s money, sadly. Hopefully, they can change the above negatives into positives..
