Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Doppelbett mit zwei Matratzen und baten um ein Zimmer mit einer großen Matratze, da unser Baby mit uns im Bett schläft. Ohne Problem, rasch und professionell bekamen wir ein neues Zimmer. Die Servicekräfte im Restaurant sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr schön - wir hatten einen Blick auf die Sommerrodelbahn. Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und das Bett nicht sehr bequem. Eine Renovierung mit neuer, freundlicherer und modernerer Ausstattung würde dem Hotel gut tun.

Hotel je pod okriljem novega lastnika. Prenovljena je notranjost in ponudba. Opažam poudarek na lokalni hrani. Pohorski pisker je top. Osebje je zelo vljudno. Tuji jeziki jim ne delajo težav. Pri ponudbi hrane pogrešam še kakšen segment jedi več (Ribe,morske jedi nasploh...) Gobe so kar slabo zastopane😊 Sicer pa je higiena na visokem nivoju. Postrežba je hitra. Plus j tudi možnost “samopostrežnih jedi“ za ceno 20 EUR po osebi. Ni nujno,da je redna ponudba. Super mesto za kosilo po sprejemljivih cenah. Navsezadnje gre za hotel. Imajo tudi otroško igrišče (na novo) Zaključek: Spet se bomo vrnili.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig direkt am Skihang,tolle Lage für Ausflüge. Die Rezeption ist sehr ansprechend renoviert, allerdings sind die Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Ein schlimmeres Hotel haben wir in 25 Jahren noch nie erlebt. Die Bilder sagen alles. Dies bekamen wir für 116,00 € im Doppelzimmer (Einzelbetten trotz Doppelbettwunsch). Ein Wort noch zur Dame an der Rezeption: Jung, arrogant, von oben herab, genervt.

This hotel must be excellent for tourist purposes, especially for skiing as it's located directly on the ski slope with a ski lift. However, for business purposes, I do not believe it's the best option since it's quite distant from the city center. Furthermore, I was assigned a room in the loft. It was nice looking and you could say that it has been refreshed recently, but it was seriously lacking electric outlets (could not even charge 2 phones simultaneously) and looking more thoroughly, I quickly noticed some corners that haven't been cleaned this season. The staff in the reception, however, was super nice.

Krásná poloha hotelu přímo na sjezdovce, příjemné místo, vlastní parkoviště. Překvapil nás počet ruský mluvících hostů, bohužel velmi hlučných. Měli jsme ubytování se snídani, ta byla vynikající, v hotelu jsme si dávali i pití a večeři. Obsluha byla příjemná, ale na všechno jsme čekali docela dlouho.

Was brought to the Arena to see the ski hills. So we walked around and found the Arena Hotel. The Chalet was beautiful. Right in front was a small restaurant, we seated ourselves and got drinks! The watermelon mojito was the best🍉
