Abbiamo ancora una volta soggiornato piacevolmente per sette giorni. Oasi di pace contraddistinta da accoglienza, attenzione e cortesia grazie alla professionalità di un director manager, Gianluca Cugnetto, che ha saputo sapientemente valorizzare le caratteristiche e i servizi della struttura e che comunque erano peculiari da sempre. il nuovo ristorante italiano, oltre allo giapponese già esistente, è stata scoperta assolutamente interessante. Ci torneremo sicuramente

This is definitely not what one would consider a 5 star hotel. I was super disappointed. To first mention some positives….the cleaning people and waiters/waitresses are very polite and helpful. Rooms were comfy and clean however the balcony allows for people to smoke. So we got stuck next to someone who smoked like crazy all day long and made using our balcony very limited. Then we have the pool area which is in disarray. All the pools have rust, missing tiles, and openings without covers. My son actually cut his foot on a metal cover in the indoor pool. The outside beach area looks nicer, but don’t be deceived. There is an area that has a slope access to walk into the water… it’s covered in algae so it’s incredibly slippery to walk on. Therefore it’s not suitable for elderly or children to walk on. There are few waiters making any beach side service very difficult to get. I saw one “life guard” by the pool for 5 min one day. There is no one to maintain any safety or order. Money doesn’t buy class and people allow their children to run wild everywhere. Kids were even leaping off the main pool with the waterfall into the one below. No one seemed to care at all about how dangerous that was since the pool below was too shallow. It was just Insane. Kids were even running around the hallways all night long. And clearly the rooms were not soundproof since we heard all the noise in the hallway. And lastly, the reception desk is the worst I ever experienced. Very poor communication with guests and amongst themselves. We had to reconfirm our airport transfer multiple times. Then we were promised packed lunches since we were leaving for the airport early the next morning. That morning, no one knew anything. |I honestly was just so disappointed that I would never come back or recommend it to anyone. It’s way too overpriced if all you are paying for is the bed.

Anche quest'anno siamo riusciti a godere di questo stupendo posto, in un hotel da sogno. Un saluto particolare al direttore , Sig.Gianluca Cugnetto, sempre presente e disponibile. Luca Veronese.

Hotel se nalazi u predivnoj uvali, jako lepo je uredjen, sa stilom elegantan, ceo hotel mirise, okruzenje je savrseno, osoblje je ljubazno, dorucak je odlican, beach bar treba da ima veci izbor hrane tokom dana, cene su malo vise. Na pocetku smo imali neprijatnost oko psa, jer je politika hotela da pas nije dozvoljen na plazi i bazenu, srecom resili smo to istog dana i bili u delu za odrasle, nas pas se nekupa ali mora biti sa nama, i ako se pas placa treba da imate deo na plazi ili u dvoristu gde je dozvoljen boravak pasa sa vlasnicima. Menadzeri hotela su zaista razumeli i resili odmah problem, sve pohvale. Plaza je odlicno organizovana, na deo za odrasle i na deo za porodice, more je predivno, kristalno cisto, imate potpuni mir na plazi. Vazduh na otoku je savrsen, kombinacija mora i lekovitog bilja. Konoba Cigale je fenomenalna, hrana odlicna, Alhambra bar isto, predivan sladoled, Diana restoran isto odlican, generalno sve pohvale za uslugu, ljubaznost i hranu. Hotel je za preporuku, za miran i opustajuci odmor, vise namenjen odraslima, vraticemo se sigurno ponovo.

Lusso 5 stelle a Cikat. Hotel di lusso nella bellissima baia di Cikat. Servizio sempre al top, personale molto attendo alla soddisfazione dei clienti, il tutto magistralmente gestito da Gianluca, direttore dell'Hotel che ha dato un printing italiano. Camere confortevoli e pulitissime. Colazione a 6 stelle, qualità e ricercatezza nelle proposte. Interessante il nuovo ristorante italiano "BAVA" , da provare.

u hotelu je posebno za pohvaliti odličan fitnes studio i dnevni program grupno vježbi vođen od Marina ili Enije koji daju raznolikost vjezbi . Marin je fantastičan mladi trener koji će vas vrhunski voditi , primjetili i ispraviti u svakoj krivoj radnji , krivom pokretu , uputiti i prilagoditi vježbe upravo za ono što što trebate. Personalni trening će zadovoljiti sve ukuse i potrebe , kako amatera tako i profesionalnih sportaša. Stoga zelim ovdje iskazati svoje oduševljenje njegovim stručnim i profesionalnin pristupom . Bravo Marine 👏👏💪💪

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni bellissimi all'Hotel Bellevue. Una struttura molto curata nei dettagli, accogliente, rilassante, con un meraviglioso giardino ricco di erbe aromatiche che profumano l'aria circostante. Lo staff è veramente sorridente e gentile, quando arrivi ti senti già in vacanza. Ottimo il superpremiato ristorante giapponese Matsunoki, ma abbiamo apprezzato anche il ristorante Bava, con piatti italiani veramente squisiti.

We went for week holiday in August. Me and the 1,5 baby, my mum her partner and the dog. We went to Croatia, because of the dog, we came by car. |Firstly have to say it’s not cheep hotel we paid significant amount of money to stay in this “5⭐️” hotel.|We knew we will pay extra for the dog, but to ask €60/n?! What a ripoff and ok BUT the dog is not allowed anywhere in the hotel just room or terrace. Don’t call yourself pet friendly!!!|Next kids, there is nowhere changing table for babies and the stairs everywhere and stuff is just looking somewhere else rather to help you with the stroller. Food for the kids by the beach or pool disaster and room service when we ordered they brought us spaghetti instead of penne, maybe it’s not problem for you pasta is pasta but small kid can not eat spaghetti that easily!!!|Swimming pool is OLD, some of the tiles are MISSING. That doesn’t look good. |Sorry 5⭐️hotel.|Room was ok but small detail why I was given ROOM for disabled?? Don’t say because of baby!!!! There was shower, more complicated for baby… lower sink for me, mirror too. All was lower. I am not disabled. I have 175 cm.
