Od hotela s 5 zvjezdica ipak smo ocekivali vise. Prvi dan kako smo stigli, otisli smo predvecer nakon puta na plazu i zabunom skrenuli na onu koja je bila samo za odrasle. Bili smo s bebom od 11mj, usli napokon u more da se osvjezimo, kad od jednom dolazi konobarica i tjera nas iz vode van jer je to plaza za 15+. Uredu, pogrijesili smo, ali da li se to radi na takav nacin? Stvarno postoji normalniji pristup, a ne nas doslovno otjerati van. Naravno na plazi do nije bilo mjesta, pa smo nakon 5 minuta kupanja prvi dan otisli u sobu. Ujutro smo se probudili, otisli na rucak gdje sam nasred hotela po mokrom neoznacenom podu pala i natukla koljeno (da napomenem da sam ravno s rehabilitacije operiranog koljena dosla u hotel). Od svih zaposlenih, nitko mi se nije ispricao, niti ponudio pomoc niti udostojio pitati da li sam dobro, al bar sam navecer uspjela dobiti od recepcije mast protiv bolova, i drugi dan su po cijelom hotelu bile oznake da je pod mokar. Pristup za plazu je veoma ogranicen, 100 stepenica, dijete i kolica smo bili prisiljeni nositi i gore i dole, za invalide i one s teskocama u razvoju ovaj hotel svakako nije!! Djelatnici na plazi nervozni, stalno su si nesto medusobno psovali, sto je veoma ruzno i odaje dojam nedobrodoslice. Od 5 dana u hotelu, 3 dana nam je prokisnjavao strop u kupaoni. Nakon sto smo se zalili da nam kapa po glavi, objasnjenje je bilo da curi tus kabina iznad kada se god netko tusira i da ako zelimo mozemo otici u drugu sobu. Nismo otisli jer nam za preseljenje trebalo 3 sata, iako bi bilo logicnije preselite osobe iznad i sanirati stetu, tu opciju nisu htjeli prihvatiti! U cijelom hotelu imaju jako velik problem s vlagom! Bracni krevet su 2 spojena madraca, iritantno i super neudobno jer su se stalno razdvajali. Cistoca sobe odlicna, ujutro spremanje kreveta, navecer zamjena rucnika, zamjerka sto su nam stalno palili klimu na 22 stupnja, tako da smo na povratku u sobu prvo ju morali zagrijati kako bi mogli unutra boraviti s bebom. Hrana je bila okej, od talijanskog restorana talijanske hrane nije bilo. Cijene paprene! Igraonica za djecu jako prljava, neuredna, prije bih rekla da je to skladiste za stare stvari. Dijete unutra ostaviti nisam htjela! Djelatnice u spa centru vrlo strucne i ljubazne te sam zadovoljna njihovom uslugom. Sumnjam da cemo se vratiti, ako se i vratimo bit ce to zbog prirode i obale, al u neki drugi hotel!

To start from the beginning! ||We arrived on Monday around 2pm, room was ready, check in experience was very nice! Room is nice, clean and tidy! Good start!||Once we arrived on the beach, no beds, plus NO TOWELS! Ok it can happen, but after asking few employees to help me get towels they send me to the spa to get some by myself or to take one from my room. Informed receptionist, he couldn’t care less!||To get service on the beach took 35min, in the end went alone to order on the bar! Waiter apologized saying that they are short with staff, and that is all that he can say!||Going out, asking for a car , that they parked and we don’t know where it is, they send us to look for it somewhere on the parking, in the end when we said that we dont feel like doing that, they got us a car. ||Turn down service was good, except dirty cleaning cloth left in the room on the door to the bathroom!||Decided to rent a bike for few hours! Reception suggested to get one from Alhambra hotel! Great! When asked if they can give them a call and book for us, they sent us to go there and book it alone as they can not help! Never seen something like this in my life! |||We stayed in quite a few 5 star hotels and this one is all but not 5 star service hotel! |This employees are left alone to deal with all this volume with no management support what can be seen immediately! Such a shame!

Easily the best hotel on the Adriatic in every respect - from the friendly, helful and very efficient staff, excellent room, marvelous breakfast - I am running out of adjectives here - to perfectly organized beaches, beach clubs, zen gardens with jaccuzis and an unsurpassable view. Two restaurants stand out - the Italian and the Japanese accorded with a Michlen plate. A must go to place.

Good location, decent breakfast, clean rooms BUT the pools should be renovated in full. The pool bottom was very dirty, the tiles should be changed. Also, pool cleaning should be improved ... I understand it's nature ... but still the leaves should be taken out. Also some music by the pool would very good for the atmosphere. Marina in the kids club is actually fabulous with the kids!!!

recently stayed at the Bellevue Hotel in Mali Lošinj and had a mixed experience. As an avid traveler, I had high expectations that were not met. The service at the reception was notably unfriendly, which set a disappointing tone from the start. There was no luggage service or welcome drinks, which are standard at many other hotels I've visited.||The room was constantly cooled down to an uncomfortable level, making it hard to relax. On a positive note, the breakfast was quite good with a variety of options to choose from. However, the high price did not seem justified given the overall experience. The pool area was not the cleanest, which was another letdown.||The rooms themselves were clean, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. However, the overall atmosphere was marred by a special clientele that didn't contribute to a welcoming environment, compounded by the unfriendly staff.||In summary, while there were some highlights like the breakfast and clean rooms, the poor service, uncomfortable conditions, and lack of basic amenities like luggage service and welcome drinks make it hard to recommend Bellevue Hotel, especially considering the high price.

Es war eine wunderschöne Wochen in dem luxuriösen Hotel! Nettes Personal beim Frühstück, auch wenn manche Saisonarbeiter waren, war es trotzdem perfekt! Sanitäranlagen wurden regelmäßig am Tag gereinigt und auch alles andere. Massage beim Dragan 80 min echt zum Empfehlen und der Personal Trainer Marin Peric mit hat mich die ganze Woche begleitet und in Form gebracht🤩👍! Ernährungsplan, Körperfettwaage und alle Trainingsübungen die ab 40 wichtig sind😂!Wo das Auge reicht glasklares Wasser dafür ist Kroatien eh bekannt . Danke sehr, ich komme wieder

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Hotel Bellevue. Nestled in a serene pine forest, the hotel offers a cool, shaded environment perfect for a variety of outdoor activities like running, cycling, and walking. The location is simply fantastic. The sea was excellent—clean and refreshingly cool, making for perfect swims. A highlight of our stay was the individual fitness training sessions with Marin Perić. His expertise and personalized approach left us feeling fantastic. We highly recommend his services to all guests looking to stay fit and rejuvenated during their stay. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of relaxation, fitness, and natural beauty.
