Unfriendly staff in reception. Food was horrible and filled with wosps everywhere. Details about rooma and facilities incorrect compared to website. Not going back!

Hotel ubicat dalt d’un turó amb gran pàrquing i una enorme terrassa. Tant l’hotel com les habitacions són agradables a la vista. L’esmorzar és de buffet i variat. El personal és molt atent i tothom parla anglès. L’habitació estàndard és gran i confortable ( per la diferencia de preu no recomano agafar l’econòmica (bastant petita). Totes tenen una esplèndida terrassa amb vistes al poble i les muntanyes. El recomano totalment excepte als que faci mandra pujar i baixar pel turó cada vegada.

Nice walk up and view but the hotel has blocked the best views so you have to go in if you wanna see the best views . I was just doing sports so didn’t plan to go in .

I arrived late at night and upon entering my room there was the biggest spider I have seen for ages he looked like he was angling for a punch up and if it had happened he would have won, but I struck first with a towel and the contest was over, or so I thought! Next I had to deal with a cockroach and other flying bugs.||||To top it all off the walls had the bodies of other dead bugs, the bathroom was in poor condition with damp etc so not great.||||After sleeping with one eye open I ventured down to breakfast which was a paltry affair and nothing to get excited about.||||I did point out the failings to the manager and the response was “there is not at lot I can do about that” I was not angling for a discount only a serious ability to recognise where they can improve.||||The hotel does not have a lift or internal ramp for guests with disabilities which in this day and age is disgraceful.||||On a positive note the young girl on reception during my arranged late arrival was a pleasure to do business with.||||The hotel offers spectacular views and a great sunrise

Wir waren hier auf einen Zwischenstop für nur eine Nacht.Die Lage ist traumhaft, mitten ider Natur mit 360 Grad-Blick über die ganze Stadt Kranj und das Umland.Wer sich sportlich betätigen will, kann auf schmalen Pfaden durch den urwüchsigen bis runter in die schöne Altstadt laufen. Das landestypische Essen welches wir auf der Panoramaterrasse genießen konnten, hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Sehr zu empfehlen ist neben dem hausgemachten Apfelstrudel auch die Knoblauchsuppe, die hier einfach perfekt ist. Es gibt auch diese leckere Wurst, die nur in Kranj von ausgewählten Metzgereien hergestellt werden darf. Die Getränke waren gut gekühlt und kamen schnell. Das Personal hat uns sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit versorgt. Das Zimmer und das ganze Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Auch unser Zimmere hatte einen grandiosem Blick auf die Berge und einem großen möblierten Balkon. Das Frühstücksbuffet und der Kaffe waren gut.Es gab alles was wir haben wollten, von guter Qualität. Wir waren rund um zufrieden, sogar unser Hund war willkommen und fühlte sich wohl. Eine kleine Kritik haben wir. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war nicht so kalt, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten.
