Le personnel n'est pas du tout serviable. Tres mauvaise accueil . Loin d'etre un 4 etoiles.Malgres nos billets acheté a l avance avec petit dej compris la femme a l'accueil nous a interdit l'entree et nous a fait attendre 30 minutes dehors+ nous avons repayer le petit dej. C'est irrespectueux je déconseille fortement cet hotel.

Not getrungen mussten wir in dem Hotel absteigen.. Das Hotel selber ist hübsch und ordentlich. Saubere Zimmer, Klima und TV alles vorhanden das war gut. Der Service allerdings nur Ok.. Es ist ein Familienbetrieb Mutter, Tochter und Enkel... Am ersten Tag hatten wir mittags die Möglichkeit etwas zu essen um 16 Uhr war das Restaurant allerdings zu weil man ins Kino gegangen ist... Meine Kinder die übermüdet durch die turbulente Nacht zu Mittag eingeschlafen sind mussten am Abend das Restliche essen kalt essen.. Als die Dame aus dem Kino zurück war, hat sie für sich und ihren Mops essen gekocht und hat das genüsslich/schmatzend an den Tresen genossen wärend die Kinder Hunger hatten... Wir hätten ja auch gerne gefrühstückt allerdings war es nicht so einladend da unter anderem die Cerealien die ganze Nacht draußen am "Büffet" standen dafür wollten wir dann nicht 7€ p.P zahlen... Was das betrifft, empfehle ich jedem nicht mit Kinder dort unter zukommen, definitiv nicht kinderfeindlich... Die Mutter, war bemüht uns zu helfen.. das war nett... Im großen und ganzen würde ich sagen das dieses Hotel auf Pannenturis ausgelegt ist... Was zählt ist das Geld aber für mehr bzw für den Gast hat man nur bedingt Interesse... Wir waren äußerst froh das wir nach der 2. Nacht weiter fahren konnten...

Amazing place, lovely staff, easy highway access. Ljubljana is 1 hour, Zagreb just 20 Minutes. Nice and relaxing, Brezice is close with pretty good options for food, training aswell. You can also take a lovely trip into the neighbouring hills aswell

Užasan hotel sobe užasno prljave dno dna,gostoprimljivost na 0 hrana užas,klima u sobi me radi, ispred prozora sobe pali se vatra,vlasnica bahata,neljubazna užas užasova u životu kakav hotel nisam vidio pokušajte ga zaobići u velikom luku.

Camere sporche,pulizie assenti,asciugamani,letto non cambiato,Phone rotto nelle camere,scarichi delle docce bloccati.Pessimo odore di fognature.a||Albergo molto trascurato,cibo pessimo.||Si qualifica come quattro stelle ma SEMBRA da 1 stella.||Nelle vicinanze non ci sono grandi attrattive per famiglie. Non ci torneremo.

Camera polverosa.Doccia e lavandino con scarichi bloccati.Le pulizie non vengono fatte durante il soggiorno.Mi chiedo allora perché la doccia ed il lavandino fossero sporchi al nostro arrivo )Asciugamani mai cambiati per un soggiorno di 4 notti.||Pessimo

It seems a family-run hotel so they seem understaffed at times. Rooms are big, acceptably clean, but in need of more attention to details (like having a shower handle holder and vanity shelf replaced when broken). Mattress, pillows and bedding were mediocre. Breakfast acceptable but not varied and lacking fresh products like fruit, yoghurt. don't bother booking dinner and choose a local restaurant in the area to avoid disappointment. Poor wi-fi in the room.

Smještaj, hrana, usluga skroz zadovoljavajuće. Lijepo smo se odmorili... Jedina mala zamjerka je to što su nam naplatili 3 € za dvije čaše soka od naranče na razrjeđivanje... Ali ok, sve u svemu, došli bi opet :)
