Great hotel with a very friendly staff. Guest safety is their priority. I felt very safe and welcomed here. Some of their rooms have a direct view of the Ljubljana Castle, and I was lucky to get one. 10/10 would stay there again!

The pluses: location, cleanliness and kind staff. On the negative side: extremely small rooms and tiny bathrooms and poor soundproofing, very modest breakfast, poor accessibility (stairs everywhere), and there is even a guest room opposite to the reception (in case you fancy everyone in the “lobby” staring at your bed every time you open the door). If you’re looking for commodity, do avoid, otherwise will do.

Great location, the rooms were comfortable, I just feel for the price at least have a coffee machine or kettle in the room, the Aircon was a bit noisy to have on at night whilst trying to sleep but other than that, very cozy and comfortable room.

Hotel room in the city centre so location is excellent. We had an issue with a faulty air con system but the staff were very helpful in order to try and resolve the issue. The issue could not be solved so rooms should be checked for these issues before guests arrive but I do have to give massive credit to staff for trying to solve the issue

Fabulous little weekend stay! Our room was huge! Was pretty clean and very tidy. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the river and all of the restaurants, 5-10 minutes walk to the car park. My only niggle… the shower head is too low on the wall! Other than that perfect! We arrived quite late at night and the security guard showed us to our room. So the late check in was a bonus.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questo hotel. Nella zona "vetrata" . Camera spaziosa e pulita. Bagno privo di bidet ma nuovo, dotato di asciugacapelli. Unico neo materassi troppo morbidi. Colazione migliorabile ma dignitosa. Posizione in centro praticamente nella piazza dei tre ponti. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Torneremo sicuramente.

È stata un'esperienza complessivamente negativa. Si tratta di fatto di un ostello di cui salvo solo la posizione. Per il resto nel prezzo è tutto escluso, dalle pulizie alla simpatia. Nessun contatto umano con receptionist o personale a parte il sigo. Mario che purtroppo abbiamo incontrato soltanto l'ultimo giorno. La colazione scarsissima e di mediocre qualità. Se hai un' intolleranza (non era il caso nostro) te la tieni insieme alla fame. Le camere hanno la dimensione di una cabina armadio. Le pulizie non sono previste . Devi richiederle alla reception. La posizione è ottima ma per soggiornarvi è troppo anche una notte soltanto. Noi ne abbiamo trascorse tre e ci siamo rimasti perché abbiamo estúpidamente pagato subito. Segnalo il phon: assolutamente vecchio e pericoloso. L'ho cambiato e l'altro era anche peggio.

Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub.....günstige Pakgarage ca.5 Minuten entfernt. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Innenhof mitten in der Fußgängerzone, unser Zimmer war neu renoviert. Frühstück ist absolut ausreichend mit Säften, frischem Gemüse und Obst. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit Danke für den netten Aufenthalt und wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal

Ho passato 4 notti non mi è stato detto della convenzione con il parcheggio che ho pagato per intero per di più una ragazza bionda alla reception è stata molto scortese.. è per quanto riguarda i massaggi in struttura lasciate perdere sto dal fisioterapista

El hotel estaba muy bien calidad precio, con el baño nuevo y recién reformado. La ubicación perfecta en el mismo centro de Liubliana. El servicio fue genial por la buena atención de la recepción. El desayunon va a parte y cuesta 5€, aunque sale a cuenta, ya que es un buffet libre y fuera un café con cualquier cosa ya te valdrá eso o más. El parking a 12€ la noche, siendo moderno y apto para vehiculos grandes, aunque no está al lado del hotel y hay que andar 10 min (el centro es peatonal).

In the very center of Lubiana, super quiet and confortable hotel. The staff was super helpful and nice. Not expensive. Haighly recommended!

I don't know what more could anyone ask from a 2 star hotel, it has renovated rooms that are clean,warm and comfortable, a very decent breakfast and an unbeatable location,but still quiet. Perfect for its price, Iwould definitely stay here again.
