Ive just come back from sitting in their coffeeshop for quite a while, with the waiter thoroughly ignoring me. He talked to two other guests... And completely overlooked two more (me included) who never got served). We both stood up and left, obviously. If a business doesn't want out service then it's their loss. Let me stipulate that it's impossible for him to not see me. I would urge you to stay well clear of all places like this in Slovenia that reek of communist lethargy. Slovenes are better than this - let us be better by refusing to offer business to places like this.
