We were there four days, short holiday. Absolutely clean hotel, great and friendly staff. Beautiful breakfeast, parking without problems. Good starting point for your trips. We felt there like home 🏠 I recommend this accomodation! 👌

This hotel had a cold, unfriendly vibe throughout, especially compared to the hospitality I felt at other establishments around Slovenia. When I made the booking, I received a rather brusque email stating all the rules and regulations and things that were not possible. Arrival welcome was polite, but cold, we were told to scan QR codes for most travel advice. There were signs around threatening an 8 EUR charge for taking out any breakfast items, charges for coffee and tea during the day, etc. The worst part was the checkout. We traveled by bus and left our bags for the morning. We came back to pick them up and catch the bus, and were told there were no restroom facilities available outside the guest rooms. So we faced a two hour bus ride with no possibility to use a bathroom and wash up before the travel. When I asked repeatedly if we could just use a toilet, the 'host' simply left the room. I was stunned, especially after paying 200 Euros a night to stay in this establishment. I also find it ironic that this hotel claims to be so 'eco-friendly', yet refuses to accommodate the needs of its guests who choose not to travel by car. Go down the road and find a friendlier hotel or apartment closer to the lake if you can!

Host refused to allow me to use a restroom when picking up luggage before a 2 hour bus ride. I just did not feel very welcome in this establishment. I'm certain there are better places in the Lake Bohinj region.

Bohinjsko Jezero selbst liegt direkt am See und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Neben Hotels, Parkplätzen, der Touristeninformation und einem kleinen Supermarkt gibt es in Bohinjsko Jezero jedoch nicht viel; sehr viel hübscher ist der Nachbarort Stara Fužina.|Das Hotel Gašperin liegt nur wenige Minuten entfernt vom Zentrum an der Straße, die zum See führt. Man läuft fünf Minuten zu zwei Bushaltestellen der Linie, die zwischen Ljubljana über Bled nach Ukanc fährt. |Das Ambiente des Hotels ist eher rustikal und funktional. Wir hatten ein recht günstiges, kleines Zimmer mit Blick zum Wald (was uns sehr lieb war, weil es ruhiger als zur Straße ist). Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und absolut ausreichend, wenn man den Tag im Freien verbringt. Das Frühstück bietet viel Auswahl; Eier werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet.|Die Gastwirtin war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich. Abendessen kann man im Hotel nicht, aber in den zahlreichen Restaurants, die fußläufig gut erreichbar sind.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We stayed for a week in February and it was perfect for my family of 4. Spacious, extremely clean rooms. Great breakfast. Hotel in walking distance from lake Bohinj. Good price/quality balance. The owners were very friendly and pointed out the different things to do on a map. The breakfast was very extensive. The rooms were clean. Guests were expected to leave the hiking boots outside of the rooms.

Odlično iskustvo u hotelu Gasperin. Super usluga i ugođaj. U hotelu je osiguran dorucak sa širokim spektrom jela. Lokacija je odlična, mirno mjesto sa predivnim pogledom. Definitivno preporučamo i vraćamo se ovdje!

A very well located hotel with very spacious rooms. ||Their nsincere and caring staff really go the extra mile to accomodate you and provide hospitality. ||We very much appreciated their advice regarding local walks and activities as well as lending us a charger when we lost ours. ||It included a very well thought out breakfast each morning which was very much appreciated.||Overall, recommended if you're staying in the area.

Nice hotel, on a great location-less then 5min by walk from Bohinj lake. The room is spacious and clean, blacony with a mountain view is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is good with lot of options.

This family run hotel exceeds expectations in service, cordiality, comfort and quality. The building is kept in immaculate condition and is very handy to the lake and restaurants. The owners were very helpful in giving advice on where to go and what to see, and on nearby restaurant choices. Breakfast was superb in both quality and variety. We would recommend this place to anyone.

we enjoyed our stay here! The whole place is really nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with a lot of options including some vegan, gluten free, dairy free options that I wouldn’t typically expect from a hotel breakfast. Great location too!
