I travel about 2 weeks a month and this is probably the first time I am writing such negative review, but the level of service in this hotel is unimaginable. We booked this hotel for my Management team's strategy session together with a meeting room where to hold these discussions. My team flew in from 5 countries, 3 continents. On the day of our arrival our HR went with the hotel employee to check out the meeting room to make sure everything is fine. Their employee barely spoke English, but from the poor English it seemed all is ok. In the next morning, 10 minutes before our sessions started I wanted to set up my computer and asked for the access for the meeting room. They took us there and in the room there were complete strangers. We asked who are these people, the answer was: "Your colleagues." Long story short their employee had made a mistake in the booking process and there was no meeting room for us. So how did they solve it? A manager was called in and when I told the manager: "Do you understand that I am CEO of a company and my team flew in from 5 countries to start a meeting that should happen in 7 minutes." The response was: "BE QUIET!" We were yelled at about the fact that we expected them to solve this and find us a room (even a big bedroom with a screen taken there would have been ok). Instead I was insulted and yelled at. The next morning when I was doing a check out (to go to an amazing hotel nearby VISTA resort & club to continue our strategy session) I overhead a discussion between an American lady and the receptionists. The American lady said she fund bugs in her bed and wants to change the room. The receptionist responded that they are fully booked and can't help. That pretty much summarises the experience in this hotel. It was a disgrace to even call it a customer service.

Otelin odaları, konumu, düşündekleri detaylar ve en önemlisi kahvaltısını çok beğendik. Akşam geç giderseniz otopark dolabiliyor erken gidince sorun yok. Günlük otopark ücreti 400 czk idi. Özetle çok memnun kaldık bir daha geldik yine burda kalırız

First day my room door was broken. I ask them to fix it. Then every 5 days I had to come to reception from very long way to change my room card. Because it did not worked. I asked the personel why I have to come here every day. They say you are mistaken you keep the card with something mecanical.This not possible every single day.The personel did not took care about my problem and made me walked to the reception every day. Very disorder room locations.Prepare yourself to get lost while searching your room with no instructions to guide you well. I paid 400czk every 5 days for the car parking. But no place inside. No any warning at the gate. Prepare yourself to search parking place and waste your time in the parking area.

Otele adım attığımız anda resepsiyondaki sarışın bayan azarlar tarzda karşıladı bizi sonradan gezimiz boyunca anladık ki çeklerin tavrı hep bu şekilde aşırı kaba insanlar. Odamızda örümcek ağları vardı temizliği onun dışında iyiydi. Kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi,çok geniş açık büfeydi ondan memnun kaldık. Ayrıca otelin girişi yukarıda kalıyor ve asansör yok ve şehrin epey dışında kalıyor.

Über mydays haben wir das Hotel gefunden und spontan auch eine Zusatznacht bekommen. Wir hatten ein tolles, modern eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Blick ins Grüne: herrlich ruhig! Das Bad und die große Dusche luden zum Genießen ein. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Frühstück: meeega lecker, mit reichlicher Auswahl - mehr Essen geht nicht! Das Personal war stets freundlich und hat auch uns „Nicht-englisch-sprechenden“ weitergeholfen. Einziges Manko waren die 16 Euro pro Tag für den Parkplatz - die Hälfte hätte auch gereicht und vielleicht lässt sich das ja mal überdenken! Die Lage ist perfekt - direkt vor der Tür befindet sich die Straßenbahnhaltestelle und in 15-20 min ist man in der Prager Innenstadt. Wir können und haben das Hotel gern weiter empfohlen - immer wieder gern!

Naprosto úžasny víkend. Zaměstnanci hotelu velmi milý. Cokoliv jsme během našeho pobytu potřebovali zaměstnanci nám pomohli, poradili. Velké díky především dvoum mužům na recepci jednomu ze soboty na neděli v noci a druhému Rosťovi v neděli při odjezdu z hotelu. Už teď se těšíme na náš další pobyt.

Heel goed modern hotel. Echter parkeren kan een probleem zijn. Wij hadden geluk dat we op de weg konden staan, maar de parkeer plaats van het hotel biedt weinig ruimte. Receptionist bij aankomst was niet zo klantvriendelijk en niet duidelijk. Ontbijt was erg goed. Personeel bij het ontbijt was erg vriendelijk. Restaurant vonden wij echt niet goed. Na een keer daar te hebben gegeten zijn wij in Praag zelf gaan eten. De 'Luxe' kamer was erg mooi en schoon. Goede tramverbinding vlakbij het hotel naar het centrum van Praag. Kortom, wij zouden dit iedereen aanraden.

Das Hotel ist extremst sauber egal wo man hinschaut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich fleißig und sehr aufmerksam. Man merkt das sie Ihren Job aus Leidenschaft machen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Nasszelle ist super schön und sauber. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer. Sehr vielfältig und lecker. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Parkplatz 16 Euro naja aber anderweitig Parkmöglichkeiten sind nicht vorhanden. Man kann hier ebenfalls E laden. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten in der Innenstadt. War alles perfekt. Wir kommen wieder.

We stayed one night in this hotel with my wife and 2 kids to make a stop during our drive from Switzerland to Poland.|We forgot our toiletry bag with my wife's jewelery inside on the reception desk when we check out. |After few calls and emails they agreed to ship it to home but we needed to provide our credit card details to pay shipment, which is fair. However, since we provided our credit card details, complete silence, impossible to have an answer by emails nor phone and we stil did not receive bag after 10 months...||Very unprofessional...please make sure not to forget anything in the room.||

Veľmi pekný hotel v danej cenovej relácii. Jedine negatívum, že počas unytovania 3 noci nebolo ani raz upratané. Inak spokojnosť s raňajkami aj restikou. Krásne zariadene izby. Super, určite budeme zvažovať pri ďalšej návšteve Prahy.

Ottimo soggiorno, hotel pulito e dotato di tutti i confort ( set di cortesia, pantofole, set per il cucito, calzascarpe, caffè, tè ed acqua riforniti quotidianamente). Colazione estremamente abbondante, completa sia in dolce che in salato, e di ottima qualità. Sono molto efficienti anche nella risoluzione dei problemi, nel caso specifico si è otturato il wc in piena notte e sono intervenuti celermente offrendoci il soggiorno in altre stanze dato che non era possibile risolvere immediatamente.

The hotel is located a few km outside Prague, but has good public transport connections. ||It's quite new with some interesting golf-related design features (there is a course adjacent, and available to guests). Rooms are a good size, clean and well-equipped.||Breakfast is absolutely great!||There is a fitness room and sauna/spa, but we didn't have chance to check them out. For kids, there's an outdoor play area and trampoline. ||Really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel na uboczu, w spokojnym, stosunkowo cichym miejscu. Na plus, rewelacyjne łóżka, mega wygodne, do tego bardzo ładnie zaaranżowane wnętrze, zarówno loggia jak i pokoje w fajnym stylu. To co się da zauważyć od razu, czystość, szczególnie zwracam uwagę na łazienkę, jasna, ładna i bardzo czysta. Drugi budynek, za budynkiem głównym, daleko od drogi, więc samo miejsce ciche, chyba, że trafi się na głośnych sąsiadów, na których my trafiliśmy, to gorzej, ale to zawsze loteria. Na uwagę zasługuje także miły personel i smaczne dania w hotelowej restauracji na parterze. Śniadania smaczne, jednakże dość mało zróżnicowane, restauracja mało przestrzenna więc przy dużej ilości osób było ciasno. Parking ciasny, mało przyjazny a do tego drogi, bo w cenie podziemnego w stosunku do konkurencji. Brak bawialni i malutki plac zabaw na zewnątrz, który szybko się dzieciom nudzi bo nie oferuje zbyt wiele. Hotel idealny dla par. Mimo swojego położenia, komunikacyjnie bardzo dobrze połączony z miejscami dla turystów, jeśli ktoś był w Pradze, albo planuje się wybrać i poczytał o niej to i owo to doskonale wie, że tramwaje w tym mieście to najlepsza opcja. Pod hotelem jest przystanek, z którego można dojechać wszędzie szybko i tanio. Warto skorzystać. Przy ponownej wizycie w Pradze na pewno rozważę ten hotel ponownie! Zatem być może do zobaczenia!
