Rating the all-you-can-eat international buffet dinner, not the hotel. Located in the hills just above Baguio proper, the dining experience on the top floor of the hotel offers a splendid view of Baguio and the surrounding hills to complement your culinary experience. An elegant setting suitable for a memorable gathering with friends, family, or a special date. The only ambiance distraction is that the live acoustic singer they had was too loud - they were asked to turn it down I think but they did not. He was a good singer (and a good piano player) offering a steady montage of 80's pop hits interspersed with piano. He just needed his volume turned down a notch or two so conversation would be easier. The buffet features an impressive selection of beef, chicken, duck, and seafood (can't remember if they had a pork option or not!). Several salads to choose from (the warm squid salad with celery was particularly memorable!). The roast duck was tender and delicious on the inside and crispy golden on the outside. The beef was medium rare and tasty. Salmon or tuna sashimi as well as a small selection of sushi rolls to choose from. A dessert area featuring a variety of bite-sized (two-bites, really) temptations like tiramisu, cheesecake, and others. Wine and beer options are included, or they have water or juice. Definitely a nice place to enjoy a meal and the view, sunset is a particularly nice time to aim for!

Rooms are ok. Spacious bathroom. They don't have intercom/land phone so Viber is their main communication.

Quick review: only tried the buffet, food are ok, food being served takes time (especially when dining is on fullhouse). Has a few choices, chicken is the best tasting serving next are the pizzas. Parking space is abundant I assume, PWDs can access the dining area through the elevators. Still coming back if there would be more variety of servings.
