I have traveled extensively, and this is one of the best functioning and nicest hotels I have stayed at. The experience was great as soon as I walked in. Matjaz was super attentive and very helpful. The rooms are brand new and the accomodations are great. It is very conveniently located we well. I highly recommend it.

What a wonderful stay we had at the Hotel Heritage. The service from the moment we entered was impeccable. Hot drinks on offer on arrival, a map and suggestions for restaurants in the area (which we tried and the food at Julia’s was delicious!), a good and varied breakfast selection and a thoughtful goodbye gift. The room was understated luxury with perfect ambient lighting. And you don’t hear a sound from outside even though you’re in the centre. We can’t wait to visit again!

A very nice, family run boutique hotel that understands quality and service. Perfect location - if you want to be in the old town and do not mind walking 5-10 minutes to your parked car. The staff are very professional, most likely have been professionally trained. Kristjan was very friendly and hospitable. He gave us a warm welcome on a cold and rainy evening. Well done! I will be using this hotel again.

I love old hotels in Europe with a history and charming uniqueness. Hotel Heritage does not disappoint and definitely checks those boxes. We stayed in a Superior room on the second floor. The room was well laid out with sufficient room to move around. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean and roomy too. ||||Breakfast was good and had lots of offerings. The staff was helpful and welcoming and had even messaged us a few days prior to our arrival to see if we needed a taxi from the airport which they then arranged for us. ||||We were there in early December and there was Christmas market booths just outside the hotel and everything was within a 10 minute walk of the hotel.

Outstanding hotel. Beautifully designed, with spacious and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and superb staff at every turn. The hotel is located on a quiet and charming street right in the middle of the Old Town, and is perfectly situated for great restaurants and bars. I’ll stay here again without hesitation.

Dette hotellet har alt, sentral beliggenhet midt i gamlebyen med yrende liv rett utenfor døra. Rommene er fine, badene rene og store, sengene gode og alke i personalet er hyggelige, dyktige og serviceinnstilte. Alt er skikkelig, ekte blomster, god frokost, flott inventar. Hotellet anbefales!

This hotel is a gem. We stayed for five nights and received five star service from everyone we met without exception. The front of the house staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about restaurants and local attractions. Our room was well appointed and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and once again the staff went above and beyond every morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Sharescreen does not work on the ancient LG TV. Who is still buying such TVs??

The best hotel in Ljubljana. The staff is so friendly and accommodating responding to all of our questions and providing guidance for our first visit to this area. The rooms are spacious, nicely laid out and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is incredible. We enjoyed the welcome blueberry cordial on our arrival. Hotel Heritage is also easy walking distance to so many good places to eat and the major attractions of this area. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in this charming city. It felt more like home then a hotel. Thank you Hotel Heritage for your hospitality. We will return again.

Very good hotel in a great location. The rooms, including the bathrooms, are modern, comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and always helpful. We loved the breakfast and the free coffee and tea in the dining room anytime in the day. So many dining places and bars in the area. Would stay here again when I visit Ljubljana in the future.
