Per raggiungere l’hotel è necessario lasciare l’auto in uno dei tanti parcheggi a pagamento fuori dalla zona pedonale, ma se si riesce a raggiungere quello più vicino (inserendo l’indirizzo dell’hotel nel navigatore), in cinque minuti a piedi si arriva all’hotel. È in posizione super strategica, con tanti locali intorno per cenare la sera (ricordatevi di prenotare!) e a due passi da tutte le principali attrazioni. Le camere sono pulitissime, molto carine e spaziose, addirittura noi avevamo un bagno con doccia e lavabo e uno con wc e lavabo. L’insonorizzazione è ottima, in quanto, nonostante sia in pieno centro l’hotel, con tanti locali intorno, non si sente nulla la notte e si dorme perfettamente. All’arrivo, mentre vi registrano i documenti, vi offrono un drink e biscotti fatti in casa (divini!). Anche la colazione è ottima, con prodotti freschi e fatti in casa. Ve lo consiglio vivamente!

Could have been perfect but the noise from the loud chattering of the kitchen staff around 6:30am awake me. Sleep is important for me during travels so this stay is just ok.

A wonderful place with beautiful, but not huge rooms. Breakfast was a real treat, found some things that most hotel breakfasts don't have.

El hotel es un edificio antiguo perfectamente remodelado, el personal, es muy amable. Hasta que le dices que la habitación que te han asignado no te gusta, que no tiene vista alguna y apenas luz. Primero dice que no puede hacer nada, que está lleno, para terminar, cambiándonos a una, que si bien , tampoco es que tuviese mucha vista, por lo menos tenía luz. Y es que el hotel, de las 20 habitaciones que tiene, solo tres, tienen algo de vista y de luz. No se puede vender una habitación superior, en un primer piso que da a una calle de 4 metros de ancha con un edifico enfrente. Es una cueva. El desayuno, muy regular, eso, como el resto de hoteles de Eslovenia. No tiene parquing, lo cual es otro inconveniente añadido. Existe uno publicó a 300 metros sin asfaltar y descubierto. En general no nos gusto el hotel, y mucho menos para el precio que cobran. Tienen que existir mejores opciones. No volveré, ni lo recomendaría

Wir hatten nach der Beschreibung der Website des Hotels ein Atriumzimmer gebucht. Das was man uns jedoch als Zimmer angeboten hat, entsprach in keinster Weise der Beschreibung. Besagtes „Atrium“ war ein ca . 1 Meter breiter Schlitz, zwar nach oben offen, aber noch mind. 3 Geschosse darüber. Es gab somit kein spürbares Tageslicht. Das Zimmer hatte viel Design,mit wenig funktionalem Anspruch. Der Schrank war sehr übersichtlich,damit mehr Platz für die Minibar blieb. Die versprochen Bademäntel gab es auch nicht. Wie man den Wasserkocher oder ein normales Glas hätte befallen können, konnten wir nicht rausfinden, da zwischen Waschbecken und Wasserhahn ca. 7 cm Platz vorhanden war. Die Krönung war der direkte Blick vom Bett,durch die Glastüre aus das WC! Zusätzlich ergoss sich mit jeder WC Spülung ein Schwall Wasser vorne durch die WC-Brille auf den Boden. Sehr hygienisch…|Das Zimmer wurde als ruhig beschrieben, liegt jedoch neben dem Putzraum, welcher ab 6.30 Uhr eifrig genutzt wird. Gerne wird auch ab 7 Uhr auf dem Korridor gesaugt. Ebenfalls lag unser Zimmer über der Küche, dass wir die Frühstücksvorbereitungen ebenfalls live mitbekommen haben. Als wir uns beschwert haben, war die Entschuldigung recht schmallippig. Entgegen der schriftlichen Aussage, dass der angezahlte Betrag erst beim Checkout abgebucht würde, wurde das Geld vorab abgebucht. |Preis-Leistung steht ins absolut keinem Verhältnis!

Struttura ubicata in posto strategico, unico punto a favore. Stanze piccole e buie, doccia non funzionante, quando abbiamo avvisato del problema ci hanno informato di esserne al corrente ma che fino all'indomani nulla si poteva fare ( l'indomani era prevista la nostra partenza). Colazione sufficiente ma frettolosa nonostante fossimo soli in sala, tazza con caffè da terminare portata via, piattino con il cibo stessa sorte, un continuo sottrarre vettovaglie dal tavolo. Bagno senza spazio per appoggiare i prodotti che abbiamo dovuto lasciare sul pavimento e con porta in vetro trasparente sulla stanza adiacente al Wc, non proprio riservato e agevole. Ultima ma non meno importante nota, al check out ci vengono addebitati 40 euro in più rispetto a quello indicato sulla prenotazione, facendolo notare tante scuse ma nella sostanza un brutto gesto. Assolutamente sconsigliato

Wow! Mitten in der Stadt und sehr gut für die Erkundung von Stadt und Nachtleben geeignet. Freundliche Mitarbeiter begrüßen einen in einem klassischen liebevoll renovierten Hotel. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind klimatisiert und stylish eingerichtet. Das große Bett war absolut bequem und die Ruhe im Innenhof hat uns fabelhaft schlafen lassen. Frühstück war absolut lecker und reichhaltig und mit Liebe zubereitet. Gerne wieder!

Great location and a newly renovated beautiful hotel! It's an easy walk to the main attractions but still on a quiet street. It was perfect for our stay in Ljubljana and we wished we could have spent more time here. The breakfast was fantastic and I loved the homemade baked goods. There was a safe spot in their luggage room for our bikes which we greatly appreciated.

Het hotel ligt in de verkeersvrije voetgangerszone, maar er zijn twee parkings vlakbij op wandelafstand. Desgewenst komt een kruier de bagage ophalen aan de parking… Het was tijdens ons verblijf snikheet in Ljubljana, maar dankzij de uitstekende airco konden we regelmatig komen afkoelen en hadden we een goede nachtrust. Ruime kamer met stadszicht, apart toilet, uitstekende regendouche. Het ontbijtbuffet was absoluut top en vers. Dit is een uitstekend hotel waar we twee nachten verbleven, alles was op wandelafstand en de kamers zijn geluidsdicht!

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum von Ljubljana und damit in der Fußgängerzone. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist rund 600 Meter entfernt. Das Haus ist von innen und außen hübsch, das Design ist unaufdringlich aber gelungen. Die Zimmer wie auch die Betten sind schlicht perfekt. Gleiches gilt für den Service, wir erlebten wie ein Angestellter sich sichtlich sorgen um ein scheinbar liegengebliebenes Telefon machte, ohne dabei in irgendeiner Weise einen Fehler zu machen. Das Frühstücksbufet wird jeden Tag etwas variiert und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Ja das Haus hat seinen Preis, aber es wird viel geboten.

A dreadful rip off! We booked a superior room and specifically requested a quiet room on a high floor. They put us in the noisiest room possible, right by the street on the lowest floor. When I asked to have my original booking request honoured, “nothing could be done.” Which apparently included even the smallest gesture of goodwill to apologise for not being able to deliver this time. Rooms are full, it happens. But what matters is how you handle it, and this was really bad. It’s not difficult to show guests a little courtesy and just make it SEEM like you care even a tiny bit that they are spending almost 1000 euros in your business and are unhappy about the state of their room. For a five star hotel, this can only be described as an embarrassment.

Dear Ms. Louise, we were all really surprised and very sad when we noticed your review, which you wrote already after a few minutes after our warm welcome in our hotel. You were such a lovely couple and you told us several times how you are really enjoying your stay at our place and that everything was perfect and great. We accommodated you in one of our best superior rooms with free welcome drinks and champagne for your special stay just before your wedding in Slovenia. We would like to thank you again for your stay and wish you all the best. Again we are all very sad and surprised about your negative review after your feedback and lovely conversations we head during your stay.
