Dobrý výchozí bod pro jakékoliv aktivity kolem Bohinjského jezera. Pokoje vybavené vším potřebným, příjemná restaurace s velkou terasou. Hluk z ní však ruší večer pokoje situované k příjezdové ulici. V sezóně občasně problémy se zaparkováním, a to i přes rozlehlé parkoviště.

V Ribčevem lazu je zelo dober hotel z dobro hrano, zelo dobro postrežbo, po sprejemljivih cenah. Priporočam.

Enkel ervaring met het eten. We hebben hier gelunched tijdens een bezoek aan het meer. Prima eet- en drankkaart. Eten was degelijk, zonder franjes.

If this place called itself three star I might have given it an extra star but to call it four star is a bit of a joke. My wife described the decor as like being in student accommodation. The biggest single problem with our stay during a heatwave was the lack of air conditioning which made for uncomfortable nights sleeping. The rooms furnishing was basic but functional, bathroom was fine. The breakfast buffet is reasonable but not the best we had in Slovenia by any means. The service was generally a bit surly and nit picking in ways you do not expect from a good hotel. Finally we got a smile on the last morning when after grudgingly negotiating an hour extension to check out on one of three rooms to 11am, we brought the kids back beaming from the tandem paragliding experience this allowed them to enjoy. The gym is so underequipped as to be barely there although there was a table tennis table which was a plus. The pool is nothing to write home about but the annoying thing was the lack of towels. If you want to use a separate towel for the hotel pools, or for the nearby beaches (pebbly) or the watersports on the lake, you are out of luck. They will not give you or even hire you any extra towels other than your room bath towel (I do not expect to be taking my own towels to a "four star" hotel). The oddest thing was the toilet serving the restaurants had a turnstile that seemed to require 50c, although this was out of operation so it turned out they were not actually charging their restaurant guests to use the facilities (but might they another time?) We tried the hotel a la carte restaurant Zlatovcica on the first night which was adequate but no more. The location is good as it is a short walk to the lake with various places offering watersports and the jetty for the passenger boats across the lake. Parking was sufficient although the barriers to get into the larger car part were not working properly.

Lokalizacja fantastyczna, tego nie trzeba udowadniać. Byliśmy zaskoczeni wielkością pokoju na plus, ponieważ aktualnie buduje się pokoje mikroskopijne a tu mieliśmy do dyspozycji ogromne łóżko, kanapę, stolik, fotele, przedpokój, łazienkę, osobną toaletę i ogromny taras. Obsługa dyskretna, pomocna i życzliwa. Na duży plus parking w cenie pokoju. Rzeczywiście pod względnym mebli można uznać, że hotel ma za sobą okres świetności, ale nam to w ogóle nie przeszkadzało, bo i tak było czysto oraz schludnie. Śniadania były skromne i brak tych świeżych warzyw dało się odczuć, niemniej jednak zarówno ja jak i partner nie wychodziliśmy głodni. Polecamy serdecznie i pewnie wrócimy :)

Very clean, somewhat dated hotel. Staff efficient and knowledgable. Very good evening meal buffet half board option, which you can book up to 5pm. Breakfast fine, not great. Free private parking next to the hotel. No aircon but they gave us a fan and the heat was tolerable. Room was average sized. Mobile reception in room was poor, did not try WiFi. Side view of lake. Nice indoor swimming pool which is a good size. Small gym and table tennis. Overall we found it somewhat overpriced, in common with all other hotels we have stayed in in Slovenia in July. Afterwards we felt that it would have been better value to stay in Bohinj Bistrica, rather than at the lake itself.

Only went here for dinner. Beautiful view from the terrace, but the food was terrible. Bad, soggy burger and very tough and tasteless pork ribs. Very disappointed.

Leider muss ich Herrn Glinzner zustimmen. Ausdrücklich ist das Hotel Jezero am See Bohinje in Slowenien gemeint. Das Abendessen hat unterer Kantinen Charakter. Das einzigste was warm war ist die Suppe. Für 4 Sterne nicht würdig. Da können auch die inkludierten Getränke nicht kompensieren.
