Iskoristili smo ponudu za rujan i rezervirali dvokrevetnu sobu, u cijenu je bila uključena ulaznica za nacionalni park. Srdačno su nas dočekali, smjestili nas u apartman (veći od sobe koju smo rezervirali) i nisu tražili da pokrijemo razliku u cijeni što je bilo vrlo ugodno iznenađenje. Sve osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno, prijevoz do obližnjeg restorana obavili su njihovim vozilom (opet besplatno za nas). Odabrali smo polupansion i nismo požalili, hrana u hotelu je ukusna, raznovrsna i obilna. Sve u svemu, uživali smo i svakako ćemo se vratiti.

短暫停留一晚。 櫃檯服務除了下午時段中年的女服務生態度不佳，其他都很友善。 若有搭巴士抵達，可以提前先向飯店申請免費接駁。 從飯店步行5分鐘即可到入口2的P1乘船口。 飯店雖有年紀，但很乾淨。 房間隔音不好，建議自備耳塞。浴缸排水不佳。

Na samom ulazu u hotel su dva zidica no kojem sjede ljudi no bili su u nekoj fazi remonta premazani ljepilom ja i nekolicina ljudi sjeli smo i unistili si odjecu,ljudi otisli na autobus nisu ni shvatili na cemu su sjedili nikakva zaštita ili znak da se nesmije sjesti nije bila kasnije tek stavljeno,obratio sam se osoblju te mi ponuđeno da skinem da ce probat to rjesiti pa da dodjem sutra no nemoze se rjesiti i kako da nastavim put u gacama i kasnije sam vidio da sam i sjedalo u autu ostetio...to je sve od njih nisu odgovorni ko ti kriv sto si sjeo no kao vlasnik kompanije koja godisnje im 80-100 transfera u taj hotel tj 90% gostiju smo sami poslali tamo jer je blizu i sve do sada bilo ok no ja svakom svojem klijentu nadoknadim stetu no ovaj hotel ocito ima politiku kad izadjes van sam si kriv a sve to u sklopu hotelu s moje strane radi par eura ni ja nit itko od mojih vozaca nece preporucit taj hotel vise zbog nesusretljivosti i neljubaznosti

Yes, it is an old hotel and yes it needs to be updated but there were many good points to this vintage hotel. |The staff are really nice and are very kind people!|The location is amazing for visiting the park. I mean you are a 3 minute walk to the park.|They include the park ticket in the price as well as breakfast (ours did). It was very reasonable. |Our room was outdated but everything was very clean. |Yes, you might injure yourself if you actually tried to take a shower ( the tub wall was a good 3ft off the ground and they had a wall hairdryer out of the 60’s) . We arrived clean and planned to get up super early so we were not affected. |The restaurant food was really poor but be happy they have a restaurant there. Just set your expectations low. |I only gave this 4 stars because it was clean and a decent place to stay with wonderful staff and a great location.

The main (and only really) attraction to this hotel is that it is right in the park. We could walk to entrance 2 directly from the hotel. I would recommend staying here mainly because you don’t have to drive to the park but be aware that the rest of the hotel is just very average. The rooms were very small. The shower was terrible. The shower head is in the middle of the tub and the spray arm doesn’t stay put. If you don’t mind all that and want to just be able to walk outside to the park then it is worth staying here. We were there for 2 nights and that was enough. The food is average to below average. They had a restaurant onsite separate from the buffet they have for breakfast. The restaurant had so-so food. Salads were very average if not below average. The Caesar salad had head lettuce in it that wasn’t the freshest. Unfortunately the pork medallions were hard as a rock and was sent back. There is a Bar area that was nice to have a drink at. We had breakfast included with the room (as well as the entry fee to the park). The breakfast buffet had a wide selection but it was average food for a buffet.

I MUST BEG ON MY KNEES... PLEASE AVOID THIS SO CALLED HOTEL... PLEASE.... VERY VERY RUDE PEOPLE AND INHUMAN SOVIET TREATMENT... THE HOTEL IS NOT ALL WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE IN BROCHURES.... EVEN THE SO CALLED SUPERIOR ROOMS HAVE NO VIEW. OF SOME TREES YES. CERT. NOT OF THE LAKE... THEY ROLL ON THE FLOOR LAUGHING WHEN YOU TELL THEM THIS IS HOW IT IS PICTURED IN BROCHURES... VERY AWFUL ROTTEN PEOPLE AND VERY BASIC SUPERIOR ROOM... I LEFT AFTER ONE NIGHT AND BOOKED SEVEN... HATEFUL SPITEFUL PEOPLE... PLEASE DO NOT GO....

The hotel’s location is great and the room was clean and tidy. The reception staff was helpful in introducing the trails of the park and arranging shuttle service from hotel to bus station.

Dit hotel voor één nacht geboekt me toegangskaarten voor de Plitvice meren. Het ging al mis met de geboekte kamer, zouden een kamer aan de park zijde krijgen. Uiteindelijk een kamer aan de parkeerplaats zijde gekregen. Geen airco aanwezig, maar was gelukkig niet zo warm die dag. Bij het avond eten was de pasta en de aardappelen zo goed als koud, vlees smaakte wat droog. Kamers zelf waren erg gehorig. De douche was of warm, of koud, een middenweg bijna niet mogelijk. Het ontbijt was ook echt niet om over naar huis te schrijven, broodjes waren droog en week, moest je net niet uit elkaar trekken ipv snijden, ham en kaas waren niet lekker, de komkommer en ander fruit smaakte zuur en met de croissaints kon je een raam ingooien, zo hard waren ze. Enige vriendelijke gezichten wat wij gezien hebben waren de dames vd bediening in het restaurant, verder leek alles en iedereen met het verkeerde been uit bed gestapt te zijn.|En tenslotte was het voor de medewerkers aan de receptie nog te moeilijk om uit te leggen hoe je het makkelijkste bij het park kon komen. Werd alleen gezegd " het is 2 minuten lopen" maar welke kant op, dat was te veel gevraagd.

This hotel needs a major refresh - and being one of the only larger hotels in the park area, it does not have an incentive to make necessary upgrades. No competition.||No AC, no fans, no window screebs. You're left to whatever the weather is that day - and it was very hot during our stay. Bathrooms were dirty and moldy. ||While the buffet was decent, it gets mauled by tour groups, and it's a struggle to get anything. ||The staff is wonderful, though, and we appreciate their hospitality, even in those poor circumstances

Worn out hotel with a pig trough of a restaurant. Room was old witn no coffee or tea in the room. We paid extra for a balcony but it was no big deal. This is a basic motel 6. The hotel caters to BIG tour groups. The food buffet is just like eating in a high school cafeteria with a bunch of hungry animals. There was only one working coffee machine for 500 people.

Basic rooms w no AC. We stayed one night on a Rick Steves tour. It was ok given our time of year. You have to leave your balcony door open all night for air and there was no screen door... a little concern for me for security and mosquitoes but we lived through the night. The buffet was set up for handling groups of bus tours but the staff was Efficient and Professional!! The food was pretty good with choices for everyone!
