Our room was small with not enough for 2 suitcases. Needed key to get in and then used key on the inside to lock the door. Ordered our meal, then it was delivered to couple who arrived after us and rejected it. Waitress took back to kitchen and then realised it was ours and brought it out to us. Meal was not the money we paid for it. Best part was how close to the lake we were and the reception staff were fantastic.

É um bom hotel e rodeado pela natureza, a única coisa menos positiva é o facto de não ter ar condicionado e por isso se passa um pouco mal durante a noite. De resto considero que é um sitio para ficar.

Upside: literally right next to the entrance, and they offer shuttle service from/to bus stop. Staff are super friendly and ready to help. Nobody used sauna while I enjoyed a lot. Slight change of buffet dinner through out my stay which is a plus. Downside: No kettle nor slippers available. Bathroom design looks bit outdated, bathtub exists without bath foam/bath salt.

Nous avons séjournées en septembre pour visiter les lacs de Plevitche avec une offre comprenant l'entrée au parc pour l'ensemble du séjour. L'hôtel est certes un peu vieillot mais beaucoup de points positifs sont à relever : accueil et disponibilité du personnel, chambre confortable avec un lit de qualité et un mini frigo pour tenir au frais les bouteilles d'eau ! Pas de problème de canalisation comme nous avons pu le voir dans d'autres commentaires. Nous n'avons pas eu chaud en septembre mais c'est vrai que l'hôtel ne dispose pas de clim, donc ce doit être un peu dur par forte chaleur. Le petit déjeuner compris dans l'offre est un buffet gigantesque et très bon ! Il y en a pour tous les goûts, sucrés, salés. Le seul bémol, le café n'est vraiment pas terrible. Le service de bagagerie nous a bien aidé le jour 2. Parfois ne pas se fier aux avis et se faire son propre jugement.

Believe all the other reviews. DO NOT STAY HERE. The convenience of being close to the entrance of the park is not that valuable, and the hotel itself is absolutely unlivable. No AC during the summer is an impossible expectation for guests. The building looks like a 1970s hospital, with tiny rooms, smaller bathrooms, no decoration, uncomfortable beds, old furniture that looks like college dorm room, and I cannot emphasize this enough NO AC. Not even floor fans. Sleeping was almost impossible. The window doesn’t have a screen so bugs can get in. We were on the third floor and still got some high flying bugs find their way in. The local staff was nice, but based on the automated response to the other reviews, management does not seem to care to improve the experience. There are ton of guest houses and little hotels in the area. Stay there

Très bien situé dans le parc. Parking grand et gratuit. Pack chambre et entrée du Parc des lacs comprise à un tarif raisonnable. Le personnel est attentif et gracieux.

객실에 에어컨이 없다는 것은 알았지만 냉장고 까지없어서 당황. 트래킹할때 간식으로 마련한 과일과 음료를 미지근하게 들구가야했음. 침대는 푹신한게 꿀잠잤음 숙소 바로 뒤에 셔틀버스 정류장 있어서 이것이 모든 불편을 상쇄함. 조식도 새벽같이 줘서 밥먹구 출발하면 든든하니 딱좋음. 중국인 한국인 패키지여행객들이 많아서 눈치봐서 단체손님을 붐비는 시간대에 핀란드식 사우나 떠껀하니 잘함. 나는 모르고 가서 맨몸에 수건두르구 다녔는데 1인용 샤워부스같은게 있지만 문은 투명유리에 남녀분리따위없기에 수영복 입어야할듯. 수영장은 있으나 사이즈 욕탕수준임. 약품? 냄새가 넘 심하고 미끄러워서 안들어갔음. 석식조식도 나한텐 괜찮았음. 무슨 피쉬스튜? 가있었는데 완전 북엇국 스타일 속풀었음. 카약 할인권이랑 마사지 할인권 있어서 둘다 야무지게 사용함. 플리트비체 3시간만에 돌고 시간남아서 카약탔는데 재밌었음. 다만 탄기 10분만에 비가와서 비쫄딱맞고 마사지하러감. 마사지는 전날 예약필수. 마사지샵 직원분 피지컬이 좋아서인지 진짜 내 인생 받은 마사지중에 젤 시원하고 트래킹 피로 싹 풀어졌음. 거의 도수치료느낌으로다가 뭉친곳을 찾아서 풀어주셨음. 기본적으로 샤워를 안하고 내 옷을 입고 마사지를 받는 가본데 미리 샤워하겠다고 말하면 바디타올 수건이랑 샤워부스있는 방으로 안내해줌.

I strongly urge others to think twice before staying at this hotel to avoid a similar frustrating and costly experience! The hotel’s location is excellent, but the drainage system is terrible. Many guests have complained about this issue for over a year, and yet, when we stayed in July, we also encountered flooding due to poor drainage. The hotel, however, insists that their facilities are fine and even demanded that we pay for the damages, which is absolutely unreasonable! Additionally, the hotel does not have air conditioning, making the rooms unbearably hot. We had to keep the windows open for ventilation, but there were no screens, so many bugs flew into the room. To make matters worse, the staff smoked near our room, and the smell was noticeable even indoors. The hotel management’s response to these negative reviews is nothing more than a generic apology with no real action taken. It’s clear they think tourists will only visit once in their lifetime and are therefore unwilling to make any improvements. This experience has made it difficult for us to consider visiting this beautiful national park again.

The worst hotel I have stayed in my entire life. You feel the hotel is just sitting there like heritage building. Zero room enablement for a human being to stay in it. The receptionist suggested in the mid of summer to open the window and let all insects in the neighborhood come in because there is no fan or ac at the facility. The balcony door doesn’t have a screen to protect anything from flying in. The SPA which is supposed to close at 11 didn’t have a single employee or staff taking care from 10:15 you really feel people are motivated not to work at this place. It is in the middle of no where, so basically you are stuck in here. One point that I should appreciate, the breakfast menu is above expectations. And the marketing team is highly respected for their feedback. My recommendation, even if it is your last resort, sleep in the car and keep your dignity and self esteem.

Jel moguće da je hotelu bolje da je punionica za električna vozila slobodna, znači, nema nikoga, ili da bude otvorena i za vozila u prolazu? Uglavnom, portir na ulazu nas je ljubazno vratio. A možda smo mogli ručati ili bar popiti kavu. Plitvice: prvi bi trebali poticati zelenu energiju!!

Sjeli smo u hotel da popijemo kavu i kad smo platili kavu neki kinez je slao digitalno navodene ose na nas i nismo mogli uzivati u kavi te smo morali pobjeci. No kava je bila fina i hotel je ljep pa dajem 3 zvjezdice.

Hotel grande. Fica muito perto dos Lagos. No dia seguinte podemos visitar os lagos gratuitamente. Ou seja compra um bilhete para um dia e tem oferta do dia seguinte. Staff muito simpáticos. Para mim foi só pena não ter acondicionado no quarto. Adorei estar na varanda ouvir o som das cascatas e os grilos. Exposição de quartos muito bonita.

In July, we stayed here, and it was quite uncomfortable during the summer without air conditioning. The balcony also lacked a screen door, which led to a bunch of bugs flying in at night. The bathtub drainage was very poor; while showering, the water would flood. A friend in our group had their bathwater overflow, and they were even asked to pay compensation. What’s worse is that the front desk staff claimed the room had no issues when it was initially handed over to them, which is a huge joke. Instead of reviewing their hotel’s drainage system, their attitude was extremely poor. I strongly suggest that people avoid this place just to stay within a national park.

Hotellet er gammelt og udtjent. Vi bestilte et værelse på søsiden. På billederne var der udsigtsbilleder over søen, men glem det der er kun udsigt til træer, ingen sø. Der var ikke køleskab på vores værelse og vi havde kølevarer med hjem. Så fik vi et andet værelse men på parkeringsplads siden. Det var fint, men jo et meget billigere værelse men vi fik ikke kompensation. Hotellet tilbyder kørsel til restauranter i nærheden og det er jo super fint og god service. Hotellet vil gerne være et fint luksussted og har nok også været det, men nu er det slidt og omgivelserne fungerer ikke rigtigt- baren er ikke hyggelig og drinks er meget dyre. Restauranterne er delt med buffet i den ene og a la carte i den anden. Men beliggenheden er super duper.

スタッフの感じがとても良いです。 国立公園のチケットは1day ticketを買ってください。滞在中はフロントで有効期間を延長してくれます。 バス停からはすこし距離がありますのでお願いすれば、無料で送迎してくれます。

The facilities are really old. No air-con, it's really hot in summer time, the sink and bathtub water was blocking up and not draining. One of our member use normal way to take shower but sink stuck it caused water flooded. How come your emlpolyee just tell us that they have resonponsiblity to maintain your facilities in good way? Hotel Jezero should make sure all facilities work before customers staying. In this case, the reason for bathroom flooded is bathtub water was blocking up and not draining. It's weird that hotel charge to our member! Everyone should think twice before making an appointment.
