Einfach eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber! Das gegenüber das Krankenhaus liegt mit dem Hubschrauberlandeplatz hat nicht gestört! Frühstück ausreichend, wir waren ordentlich gestärkt für den Tag! Gut mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof zu erreichen!

Soba nas docekala sa otvorenim prozorom i upaljenom klimom na hladjenju na 16 stupnjeva, vani temperatura oko nule znaci soba se nije tokom cijele noci ugrijala, plus receno da imamo besplatan parking,koji je bik zauzet i morali parkirat u zgradu pored hotela sat parkinga 2,6 € sve u svemu katastrofa.

U tušu je plijesanj na fugama. Dobije se jedna lose oprana čaša umjesto dvije. Grijanje/hlađenje ne radi nego se grijes sa onim kako oni žele bez obzira sta je to mozda hladno. Lose ocisceno - tuđe stisne dlake i kosa po podu i tušu. Nema dekoracija kao na slikama i dorucak nije obilat kao na slikama. Dobije se svaki dan isto, salama sir, hrenovke i jaja. Na 2. katu kod lifta je sva tri dana bio ljepljiv pod i nitko ga nije obrisao. Vise treba obratiti paznju na higijenu. Da ne pricam kako svako malo hitna svira jer je smjesteno pored glavne bolnice.

Hotel da tre stelle come è in realtá…reception piccola ma con ragazze molto brave, preparate e veloci. Non c’è un grande ingresso come in altri alberghi, solo un corridoio che ti porta alle scale/ascensore. Camere con moquette, la mia che era singola piccolina ma confortevole, stanza riscaldata e gradevole, bagno mi sembrava pulito, solo la doccia da rivedere, con classico calcare sul getto e sul tubo. L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta ed è una controllo che faccio su tutti i letti prima di mettermi a dormire, è stato trovare peli sul letto e il cuscino sporco di briciole di cracker (ovviamente non roba mia) ma per il resto albergo che va molto bene, penso di essere stato sfortunato io, perché gli altri non hanno avuto di questi problemi. Non lontano dal centro, fronte ospedale, dotato di parcheggio sia di auto sia per un pullman turistico. Se avrò occasione lo consiglierò ad altri gruppi, magari mi ricrederò sul letto non perfettamente pulito..

DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked this on a whim, last minute and wanted to stay closer to downtown. Location was weird being next to a hospital- the ambulance bay and heliport were right outside our window, but it's walkable to downtown so it wasn't terrible. That is about the most positive thing I can say. I don't really know where to begin. It was advertised as having wifi. There was no wifi. It was also "non-smoking" but the entire place smelled like cigarette smoke. Well, ok, seems like false-advertising, but not a deal breaker I guess. Well, that was before we discovered that not a single light, aside from one, worked in our room. There were stains on our pillows and I'm not sure the room had been cleaned in weeks. Also advertised as being air-conditioned, but, you guessed it, didn't work. We stayed there for all of 15 minutes before we decided we could not stay in this hotel, and we were clearly misled based on the advertising. We checked out almost immediately. We were quite annoyed at this point as we had wasted our time, but when we asked for a refund were denied. This is borderline theft. So we booked the room based on false premises, and when we pointed this out and requested a refund we were denied. We booked another hotel nearby that gives an iota of care to their property and had a wonderful stay for the rest of our time in Ljubljana. If the above critiques do not seem like a big deal then you might enjoy it here. If you have any standards whatsoever or don't appreciate being grossly misled then stay far, far away.

Besides the dirt and the lousy quality of the room amenities (won't even start with the bathroom and how the shower cabin leaks everywhere) as well as the fact that there's more uncovered dirty holes in the walls than a piece of swiss cheese, we also had a minor accident in the parking. Someone touched the front side of our car, and as with the rest of the hotel, nothing was well thought through with that parking lot - everyone just parks however they want and the CCTV barely covers any footage. After a 4h wait for the police to arrive, the receptionist told us (probably because he felt bad for us) that we were going to get the costs covered, which was also confirmed by the daughter of the owner via the same receptionist. The second day, when we checked out, the receptionist (another one) never heard of the incident (obviously handovers don't exist in this hotel idk what I expected) and she was very disrespectful in telling us that we have insurance and they don't owe us anything. I cannot even comprehend the lack of respect and professionalism - no problem with the actual amount of money, but rather promising and then not keeping it, as well as while waiting for the police, no one offered us even a cup of coffee. This is the place where hospitality is dying 💀 P.S. there is a literal helipad next to the hotel and tens of ambulances as there is the biggest hospital of Ljubljana located in the building glued to the hotel, maybe consider as well before booking :)

Ho soggiornato solo una notte in hotel, camera pulita, posizione rispetto al centro ottima, unica nota negativa il cattivo odore che usciva dal bagno probabilmente per un problema di fognature o cose simili..

Great value for money place to stay. Rooms were large, clean and warm. Excellent shower. 10 mins walk from centre if town. Staff were friendly and efficient. Late night check in was useful as our flight was delayed. Certainly use again
