Descent location, slightly too far walk to old town- around 15-20 minutes.|Its also located right next to a big hospital, with the entrance close to the emergency entrance of the hospital - so I would not recommend this if you are a light sleeper since you can hear sirens and occationally helicopters outside. |The staff was not very polite either, reception staff especially - they seemed tired and rather unwilling to help out. |Breakfast was ok, and the rooms themselves as well, apart from the fact that there was some mold in the shower.

En 15 min från centrum. Lite mögel i duschen o AC funkade inte. Fruktansvärt otrevlig personal och frukosten var inte något att jubla för. Finns macka eller yoghurt. Korven och äggen är oätbara. |Men det funkar absolut någon dag om du vill spara någon slant. Men råder dig till att hitta ett närmare centrum eller ett hotel med trevligare personal.

Le camere d'albergo sono discrete. Tuttavia, il servizio di pulizia è davvero pessimo. Siamo stati 3 notti e non ci hanno mai, dico mai, pulito la stanza. L'ultima notte abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception per farci cambiare le asciugamani sporche. Inoltre, la cabina doccia era difettosa ed ogni volta che ci lavavamo si allagava tutto il bagno. La posizione non è delle migliori. L'albergo dista ca. 1,2 km dal centro. Infine, almeno ad agosto, il parcheggio riservato è quasi sempre pieno. Tuttavia, ci hanno gentilmente concesso di parcheggiare nell'area riservata ai Bus per evitare i parcheggi salatissimi a Lubiana. (€ 30 al giorno)

Rooms are fair, clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 15-20 min walk from the city centre. It’s also next to the hospital, so ambulances might come and go - our room wasn’t facing the hospital so there weren’t any noise issues for us. Checking in and out was smooth Hotel’s parking spaces are limited - the staff will tell you this after the reservation. Keep in mind that if you arrive by car and there are no parking spaces available (I guess the staff mostly uses the available parking spaces) you will have to park your car in a nearby parking garage or on the streets. It’s quite pricey, we paid 30€ for ~14hrs

Hotel economico, chiaramente non è hotel di lusso, per la cifra spesa ringrazio, camera, parcheggio, colazione inclusa. Quelli che si lamentano a mio avviso dovrebbero cercare hotel 4 stelle.

Hotel completamente ristrutturato, camere nuove, pulite ben arredate e molto spaziose. La sua posizione è semplicemente perfetta, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, ciò ci ha permesso di visitare senza alcun problema tutta la splendida città di Lubiana. Il personale, molto qualificato, ha dimostrato una grande professionalità e ci ha fornito preziosi consigli sui migliori posti da visitare e sui ristoranti della zona. Un altro importante vantaggio è il garage al coperto annesso all'hotel. E' perfetto!

Schönes ruhiges Hotel, liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums ( ca.15 Minuten zu Fuß) Das Hotel befindet sich direkt neben der Notaufnahme, was wir nicht als schlimm empfanden. Die Zimmer sind ganz schön und einfach gerichtet Die sind meine Meinung nach fair für ljubljana Verhältnisse. Nur das Frühstück hat uns nicht gefallen, es hätte gerne mehr Auswahl geben können.

There was trash from previous people on the floor|-the shower cabin was not properly sealed and leaked on the floor, making the bathroom unusable for hours|-there was dust and dirt on the floor, we couldn’t walk without shoes|-we arrived after reception closing time so we found the key ready and we’re asked to check-in the next morning. As soon as we entered the room we realised it had not been cleaned: the floor was dusty and trash from previous guests. Only the beds were done. There was nothing we could do due to the time so we asked for an extra cleaning of the room as soon as we checked in the day after. We were assured that the cleaning staff would pass by during the day to clean the room. In the evening when we came back the room had not been cleaned at all. No one came during the day to clean, so we asked a second time to clean but the cleaning staff had already left. The receptionist told us that the manager denied we asked for an extra cleaning. We asked to talk to the manager again but he didn’t show up. Very unprofessional.|The fact the the owner denied our request is actually a dumb and irritating reply on so many levels: first of all, cleaning were due anyway, even if we had not asked for extra care, but the room was left undone even during our stay. Second, he was implying that we were lying. Third it was himself to give us guarantee that cleaning staff would pass, with other guests witnessing his statement, so he can actually be proven lying.|-on the last day, the cleaning staff entered the room while we were naked, even if the room was locked from the inside, and with this they passed all the limits of acceptance|-bulbs were missing in the bedside table lamps so we couldn’t use them

The position is reasonable good, well connected to the city center by bike sharing. There is a number of issues, though, that make this place unacceptable. - the rooms facing the hospital are noisy, also at night - the facility is visible not taken care of: missing bulbs around, shower cabin that leaks and floods the bathroom, electric sockets without proper cover - the staff is unprepared and unorganized, the principal is very unprofessional. We arrived after reception calling time so we found the key ready in a dedicated box with the request to check-in the morning after. We noticed immediately that the room was dirty, floor dusty, and there was still trash from the previous guest. Only the beds were done. On the very next morning we mentioned this to the reception at check-in and asked for an extra cleaning, since it had not been performed before we entered the room. He said the cleaning staff would of course pass by during the day. Surprisingly, we found the room undone when we came back, meaning it had not been cleaned at all, for the second day in a row, even despite our request. I went straight to the reception and asked for immediate cleaning. The receptionist, a girl this time, said the cleaning staff had already left 5 hours earlier and there was nothing she could do, but she would call the principal, who was the receptionist I talked to in the morning. I would be at the reception the day after, when we should check out. The last day, the cleaning staff endured our room at 8:30, while we were naked, even if the room was locked from the inside. When we checked out, the receptionist (same girl as previous night) reported the the principal neglected our request from previous day, just as if this was an excuse for not cleaning our room for two days is in a row. I mentioned, this is really an embarrassing way of working for a hotel, never experienced before. I had already been in this hotel last year, but I will never repeat this error again.

There is no stable access to the internet in this hotel. My rating is based on the complete lack of interest from the hotel's staff to do anything about it. Not even restarting the router was an option. This hotel has wifi, which allows you to connect to the router. The problem is that this does not give you a stable connection to the internet. It drops every few seconds. If you want to work remotely from this hotel, forget about it. A video call or even a voice call is not possible. You may be able to check email or browse some pages, though with a lot of patience required. I asked the staff for help. They had no understanding of the issue and were too busy to show any trace of empathy. 4/5G reception in my room was poor so using a hotspot was also problematic. Also, my room had a shower problem where the water was going on the bathroom floor instead of draining. I could live with that for 2 days despite the mold smell in the bathroom that already developed because of the problem. It happens. EDIT: I added one more star to my initial 2-star review because the afternoon shift receptionist provided great service on my arrival. His attitude was 5-star. It would not be fair not to mention this.
