I really enjoyed my stay with the Mrak hotel. It was a nice and comfortable stay. Great breakfast and friendly staff. The location was wonderful, you are close to the river, parking and lots of restaurants without the cost of being right on the river. The only slight draw back was finding random hairs, not mine, around the room. Makes me question the cleaning. However, the room looked clean, but finding hair was gross.

O conceito do hotel é interessante. A localização é boa. Os quartos têm uma dimensão razoável. O pequeno almoço é bom. Fomos bem acolhidos.No entanto há pouco profissionalismo em alguns elementos da recepção e ESPECIALMENTE no serviço de quartos. Limpeza mal feita chegando mesmo num dia a não ter sido arrumado o quarto. É pena!

Camera piccola, con moquette! Letti comodi! Posizione buona a 5 minuti dal centro! Avevo mandato una mail chiedendo se i mercatini natalizi erano operativi e mi era stato confermato! Purtroppo era tutto chiuso e aprivano 2 gg dopo…

EXCEPTIONAL!! Am avut camera dubla la mansarda! Camera foarte incapatoare,curata ,totul nou ,curat,pat mare ,saltea comoda,produse cosmetice la toaleta de calitate! Cafea solubila ,ceai si fierbator ,plus apa plata gratis. Parcare fix in fata hotelului ,trebuie rezervare inainte,16 euro.. pret bun pentru centrul orasului! La 500 m de zona pietonala ,piata centrala ,restaurante si celebrele poduri! Personal foarte amabil! Mic dejun exceptional!

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the very center and the most important sights. The rooms are clean, the breakfast in the restaurant is excellent, there is an option to choose a dish from the menu so that it is warm and fresh. All meals are prepared with good quality products (the hotel even has eggs from a friendly source!). This hotel deserves more than 3 stars!

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff!! The room was European size, clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help me with a lost passport and lost luggage and helped to hire a taxi for me to go to the airport to retrieve my passport.

Probably the best and most delicious breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. I do not eat cheese or ham or sausage, so the smoked salmon really made my day - and it was very very very delicious smoked salmon. Also, everyone there was incredibly helpful and friendly. Location is superb and my room (107) was quiet. Thank you for a great stay.

Ottimo albergo. Centralissimo, dotato di parcheggio. Camere abbastanza spaziose, funzionali, ben insonorizzate dal traffico della strada. Personale molto gentile. Colazione eccellente, con prodotti scelti con cura da produttori locali.
