Very nice room, surprisingly quiet considering the busy road next to it and the rude guests who were running around at late hours. Front desk was very helpful. Good outdoor BBQ place within walking distance.

July 2023 Stayed here for a second time. Great place. We were in a triple room, 3 of us. Huge room with a large washroom. Great service. Breakfast and minibar continue to be included. The washrooms have a few structural flaws: 1. Lighting is poor especially in the WC area. Only one light in that area and not above the WC. 2. No place to hang towels or clothes except one. If it’s a triple room, you expect at least 3 hooks. 3. The shower area is a bathtub- which is good enough. But it is only a bad shower and the water just falls outside. Until you sit down and take a bath there is no way to avoid that. Oct 2022 With free parking. Great hotel. Funky design, great interiors and decent location. A Lidl within 1 minute walk. Bus stand 2 minutes. It is a distance from the city centre - bus €2 (30 minutes) or a cab €15. The room was spacious. The washroom was decently spacious too and very comfortable. The shower was excellent. The minibar is included and free. The breakfast was included and very good. The winner for us was the parking. Highly recommended.

This is the first time I am writing a negative review, but my recent experience at this hotel has left me extremely disappointed. I arrived at the hotel with my baby, expecting a smooth check-in process as indicated in my confirmation. However, things took a turn for the worse. Despite the confirmation stating that check-in time was at 14:00, the reception asked me to wait because the room was not ready. To my dismay, guests who arrived after me were promptly given their rooms while I, with a baby in tow, was left waiting for nearly an hour. I approached the reception multiple times, expressing my concerns, but they simply brushed me off and kept asking me to be patient. As a paying customer, I expected the hotel to uphold their end of the bargain and provide the room at the specified time. It was frustrating and disheartening to see others being attended to while I was being ignored. The lack of consideration for my situation, especially with a baby, is unacceptable. I urge the hotel management to address this issue promptly and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. This experience has tarnished my impression of the hotel, and I sincerely hope that they take the necessary steps to improve their customer service.
