We had a two night reservation here. When we arrived we found it is completely shuttered. The hotel is closed and there is not even a sign at the door. They never notified us of their closure.

This Hotel is not worth 4 stars. It is old, the rooms smell, the air conditioning is noisy and barely working, the bathroom on the 6th floor is so small that you can barely use the toilet.... We book a room for two and were given ONLY one towel.|Breakfast is poor in a smelly area/restaurant and has low quality products. |Having to pay even for the parking taking into account the poor quality of the hotel and service that it offers is another poor service provided. |The ladies from reception are not friendly at all. |The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the center.

Accoglienza fredda e scortese. Stanza fatiscente. Aria condizionata obsoleta, rumorosa e parzialmente funzionante. Toilette priva di spazio, utilizzabile "abbracciando" il calorifero. Elementi di arredo e pulizia rivedibili. Colazione non adatta ad un hotel 4 stelle.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we were not able to make it to the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and very accommodating. They really tried to solve it the best they could! Great customer service, would definitely book again next time in Maribo!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti durante un mototour di Mototuristi in Viaggio. La Strttura è molto bella, personale disponibile e cordiale, camere molto ampie e pulite, ristorazione impeccabile sia nella cena che nella colazione. Nel complesso una buona struttura a due passi dal centro citta. Consigliata !

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room was quite large, plenty of storage space and city views. Air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities were provided. Breakfast was good, and the staff friendly. Car parking available in the hotel grounds, but there is a daily charge. Very convenient location for Maribor rail and bus stations, and not far from the city centre.
