Hotel has a nice location, only 5 min walk to the city center of Maribor. Staff super nice and friendly to fullfill your wishes. If you have time, you need to try their sauna, amazing experience. Hotel and its furniture is a little bit outdated, but the size of the room and the bathroom very good. What you should not miss is the breakfast, as a Slovenian from Maribor who lives now abroad, I can tell you it is epic delicious with wide selection. Thank you.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per cinque giorni. Devo dire che ho trovato la stanza molto pulita, anche se un po' vecchiotta ( ed è capitato un giorno che dimenticassero di pulirla, anche se appena l'ho fatto notare hanno provveduto immediatamente a risolvere), e molto confortevole. Il bagno era piccolo, e non disponeva delle comodità che di solito si trovano negli hotel 4 stelle ( campioncini di sapone, cuffia da doccia etc...)La colazione, abbastanza varia, è buona, e la posizione dell'albergo abbastanza comoda: e possibile raggiungere a piedi il centro in una decina di minuti. Il personale è gentile. Condivido l'idea di coloro che sostengono che più che un quattro stelle, il Piramida è un buon tre stelle.

Nice hotel near the center of Maribor, good choice for breakfast, but industrial sweets, very kind and professional reception, nice room but very very little bathroom, no amenities in the bathroom and as regards tea in the room I had to ask to be supplied again because they do just once. One day the room service forgot to clean the room ( unacceptable for a 4 stars) and the reception called the room service lady to do it in the afternoon. In my opinion, compared with a 4 stars Novotel or Mercury, Piramida hotel is a full 3 stars not more.
