We booked a 2 x 2 apartment as we were a family of 4. Apartment was spotless with comfortable beds and lovely view of the mountains from our balcony. We received a fabulous welcome and Reception were always on hand if we had any questions. Expensive for what it is (but it is lovely!) and we wouldn't do breakfast if we went again. 18 Euros per adult and half price for children and it wasn't worth it for what we received. But overall, a lovely stay. Thank you.

Es ist ein besonderes Hotel! Alle Zimmer sind von außen zugänglich. Sie sind sehr modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr besonders. Es gibt nur regionale Produkte, vieles aus dem eigenen Garten. Es gibt mehrere Sorten Brot, tolle frische Salate z.B.mit Nüssen und Granatapfelkernen. Käse, Schinken und Wurst sind ausgezeichnet. Es gibt frisches Obst, selbstgebackenen Kuchen und vieles andere! Die Besitzer und Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gute Lage, leicht außerhalb gelegen in einer Sackgasse (kein Durchgangsverkehr). Aber fußläufig in ca. 5min zu erreichen. |Sehr gutes Frühstück, viele regionale und selbstgemachte Produkte. |Was etwas Abzug bekam waren das Bett, sehr weiche Matratze daher schläft man fast aus dem Lattenrost. Aus dem Bad kam ein leicht modriger Geruch was schade war. |Alles in allem aber alles sauber, nettes und freundliches Personal.

Très bon accueil à la réception avec un petit verre ;) et de nombreuses informations et recommandations sur la région|Les appartements sont grands, propres, bien équipés et pour notre part avec une belle vue sur la montagne|Vous pouvez laisser votre véhicule sur le parking pour aller profiter à pied des commerces et restaurants à proximité|Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner car le tarif est un peu élevé

Recensione difficile da fare. Abbiamo prenotato all' ultimo momento ed era rimasta solo una camera. Una camera molto , direi troppo, semplice per essere un 4 stelle, lavandino in camera e vetri dalla quale si sente e vede tutto, per cui se vuoi un po' di privacy devi serrarti dentro e non vedi nemmeno più la luce del sole. Comodini e spazi per appoggiare le cose praticamente inesitenti e vetri della doccia e del bagno trasparenti. Se il prezzo della camera fosse stato adeguato sicuramente avrei dato un punteggio più alto, ma 140 euro a notte senza la colazione in una stanza del genere mi sembra davvero troppo. Colazione a parte a 18 euro a testa e reception che chiude alle 20. Non mi sembrano servizi da 4 stelle. Il personale è stato anche gentile ma praticamente non l' ho mai visto. Parcheggio comodo davanti all' hotel e posizione molto buona per tutti i dintorni e per il centro di Bovec ( a piedi ). Chissà, magari se ci avessero dato una stanza ai piani superiori e non con vista parcheggio sarebbe stato diverso. Il ragazzo alla fine ci ha chiesto se eravamo state bene, alla mia risposta che secondo me il prezzo non era giusto per lo standard non ci ha nemmeno tolto 2 euro... Va bè. Sicuramente non ci torneremo

Nice location. Very helpfull and friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Soca room is 3 high..no elevators, so if you have large luggage as we did..you are in for some excercise 😉. Room is not so practical. Info is saying " a small balcony", if you consider the one m2 before the door a balcony ..this is correct, I would consider it rather a joke. But things to remember and recommend : the staff and the breakfast, both were excellent.

We had a poor experience at this hotel this week. There was an issue with our small apartment and the number of beds that we had in our written confirmation versus the room that we ended up with. One of us had to sleep on the small pullout sofa that was terribly uncomfortable. The room was dirty. A shard of broken glass, small stones from the parking lot and ladies hair left on the kitchen chair. We were told to open the windows because the air conditioning was not working yet. The staff was very nice and apologetic and provided a discount after I asked for one. I don't see this as a 4 star hotel and with the high rates they charge, should include breakfast. The photos on the website are misleading.

We stayed for 2 nights at Sanje ob Soci in an apartment. The hosts are really very nice and helpful, there is nothing to complain about the service. The apartments were ok, unfortunately the floor in the bathroom was dirty when we arrived and the comforters could also be renewed (there were a lot of stains). Unfortunately, I think the price per night without breakfast is too expensive. The location is great, very quiet and you can reach the center quickly on foot.

Such an amazing place with such a nice host! Perfect location to access all hikes around. The rooms and sauna are big and very comfortable. The best part is the host, Bostjan is very kind and helped us throughout our trip in Bovec. He even picked us up from the bus station. All in all 100% satisfied.

This is a very nice hotel and to be honest probably deserves a higher rating. So why did I only give it 3 stars.|Firstly, the positives.|The hotel is quite new. The staff a really friendly. There is free parking right outside. The hotel is in a quiet dead-end road.|However, the hotel calls itself and prices itself as a 4-star hotel. I'm not sure I'd agree.|The rooms are nice and new, however are really quite small. You access all the rooms via external stairs. Pouring rain, snow or cold and climbing two flights of external stairs - I'm not sure they'd be so much fun.|Breakfast isn't included in the price.|But mostly the price. The hotel is really quite expensive (compared to other hotels in area).|And I'm just not convinced the price of the hotel is justified. If the price was lower, I'd rate higher - for what you're getting or what you could get for the same price.

Great small hotel, walkable to town. Fair price for both room. Hotel is very well built, cool design, sustainability focused. Staff was helpful and very welcoming. Excellent breakfast!!homemade dishes were extremely memorable. We will be back. Wish we had a longer stay.

Schönes Hotel! Service und Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und geben gerne Tipps für Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unser Zimmer war sauber. Leider kein Fön im Badezimmer. Für 2 Tage Aufenthalt war es ideal!
