Nekünk nagy csalódás volt. Érthetetlen hogy ez a hotel miért 5 csillagos!? Parkolás- kb 3-4 kilométerre van a hoteltől a semmi közepén. Van sofőrszolgálat, de nagyon körülményes. A wellness megkeresését mi feladtuk… A szoba : Hiányos volt a zuhany, nem volt ajtaja, így mindenhol állt a víz. Nem volt egy normális akasztós szekrény ahova az ember ruhát vagy inget be akaszthatott volna. A liftre mindig várni kellett. Ennyi szobára kettő picike lift nagyon kevés. Reggeli: szintén közép kategóriás. A felvágottak nem voltak frissek, a teás kancsók koszosak voltak. Kint a teraszon, ha az ember egy pillanatra felállt, azonnal galambok ettek a tányérjából. A személyzet volt, hogy tájékoztatta az embert volt, hogy nem és úgy folytatta a gyanútlan vendég a reggelit hogy azon galambok mászkáltak és bele is ettek. A személyzet se volt top.. Hiába jeleztük az észrevételeinket . A hotel amúgy szép helyen van, a kilátás is szép és a strand is. Busszal Piran 15 perc és szinte minden 20 percbe indul járat.

Modernes Zimmer und tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Der Rest ist frech. Wellnessbereich ist ein Scherz und gleicht wohl eher einem alten Reha-Zentrum, welches mit mehreren anderen Hotels geteilt wird - definitiv keine 5 Sterne. Der größte Witz ist der Parkplatz: er liegt ein paar Kilometer entfernt in der prallen Sonne, kostet täglich 12€ zusätzlich und man wird „jederzeit“ dorthin gebracht- ja, mit Wartezeiten von teilweise einer Stunde, um zum eigenen aufgeheizten Auto auf irgendeinem Schotterplatz zu gelangen.

Kao i do sada od 2022. Osećamo se kao kod kuće zbog profi osoblja, pogotovo Ana Kosmač, Jelica i ostali iz stare postavke. Novi su na testu. Mogli biste da poradite na zameni blazina za ležaljke, ulaz u more bi morao da bude bezbedan, odvodi na tuševima nisu u funkciji pa voda pravi blato i promenada je klizava jer se voda sa tuša sliva u more. Ima dosta oštećenih suncobrana i predstavljaju ruglo za plažu sa pet zvezdica. Tehnička služba Vam je zakazala u svakom pogledu. Srećom svi zaposleni su prijatni i ljubazni. Sa malo ulaganja bićete opet najbolji.

I would not describe the hotel as five star although there are elements aspiring to luxury hotel status. The lobby is large and well appointed with bell boys to whisk your car away to the parking. The rooms were comfortable. Oddly the lifts were rather small for such a large hotel which led to some queueing at busy times. Breakfast showed the benefit of being in a large hotel with a very extensive buffet. There was a chef cooking omelettes/eggs/waffles to order although the execution was a bit sloppy at times (e.g. omelettes cooked in an excess of oil). This hotel is part of a large complex of connected LifeClass hotels with the facilities shared and spread around, you will sometimes find yourselves following a complicated route of stairs, corridors and bridges to find the facility you are looking for. Air con struggled at times (particularly the gym) although we were in a heatwave . The pool was quite a large indoor/outdoor saltwater pool. The beach area was really a grassy bank with many sun loungers next to a marked off swimming area, just across the road from the hotel but anyone wanting sand under their toes will be disappointed. Although I think it compares favourably to the alternatives on the Portoroz sea front. I will cover the Istrian Tapas and Bistro in a separate review.

Schöne Zimmer, gute Lage aber 5* ist das nicht, sorry. Vorallem das Zimmerservice/Reinigung/Minibarnachfüllung lässt zu wünschen übrig
