Firstly no email received with check in information. Checkin was supposed to be automated so I spent time calling their helpdesk already. No clear instructions of room amenities etc. No soap or shampoo provided. We told them we travel with children yet ended up on top floor with stairs (hauling stroller up and down). Room was full of mosquitoes, we all ended up scratching half the night. Two sofa beds very uncomfortable. Refrigerator door didn't close. Roof leak in front of room door. Absolutely not suitable for families, perhaps they should market themselves as hostel instead

War ganz okay, leider war in unserm Zimmer der Stromkasten verbaut und direkt vor den Fenstern Klimaanlagen. Dementsprechend laut war es in der Nacht. Die Betten sind nicht wirklich gut. Bad war gut und groß, unkompliziert zum Einchecken.

Günstig neben einem Supermarkt und einer Bar gelegenes Gästehaus am Rand der Innenstadt von Ljubljana, das in einem historischen Gebäude untergebracht ist. Das Viererzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist sehr gross, hat einen schönen Holzboden, ein Doppelbett und eine Schlafcouch. Ausserdem gibt es einen Kühlschrank, Tresor und ein kleines Bad. Der Check in erfolgt voll elektronisch und mit Zahlencode. Über den bekommt man seinen Zimmerschlüssel. Die Rezeption ist bis 20 Uhr beim Check in gerne behilflich. Ausser einen Aufenthaltsraum gibt es sonst nichts im Hotel. Die Preise sind mit 125 € pro Nacht für 4 Personen in Ordnung. Die Dusche müsste saniert werden, da sie nicht mehr richtig funktioniert. Alles in allem aber alles ok.

Muy bien ubicado. El desayuno muy bueno y completo. Limpieza y atención excelente. Sin duda la mejor opción para hospedarse.

Otopark ücreti aşırı pahalı sizden 10 Euro hemen alıyorlar. En sinir olduğum şey 14 saat geçirdiğiniz yerde ertesi sabah bir 10 Euro daha istemeleri oldu ki zaten saat 10 da çıkmanız gerekiyor biz 9:30 da yola çıkıyorduk. Elbette vermedik. Çalışan hanım yüzünden lubliana maceramız böyle tatsız oldu. Neymiş efendim şirket politikası böyleymiş.

Vila je bila nekoč sigurno lepo meščansko domovanje, danes je hrupen hotel z vprašljivo higieno, ki od hotela ima samo cene, sicer bi mu bilo primerneje reči hostel. Deluje po principu outsourcinga osebja, povsem razosebljen pristop in nerazumevanje osnovnih potreb strank, kot npr. posteljnina na postelji. Za 85 evrov na noč.

Slaba postrežba. Neprijazno osebje. Pa še vsa hrup iz hodnikov in sosednjih sob se je slišal v mojo sobo

Very friendly receptionists. Spacious and comfortable appartment with beautiful balcony. However I also need to address the following problem. For the prize the interior should be of better quality. With that I mean glass shower which we accidentaly broke- glass should have been tempered... lucily no one was injured.

High price, cheap furniture and equipment. Sheets on the sleeping couch were not washed. Friendly receptionists. The glass of the shower cabin broke, fortunately no one was seriously injured.

Popoldne rezerviral in prevzel kljuc st. 11. Zvecer ko sem prisel sobe 11 ni nikjer. Hotel ima 10 sob. Kljub veckratnem klicanju ni bilo odgovora od nobenega. Tako da ce dobite sobo 11 vejte da gre za nateg.
