Advertised as 4 star, in reality 2-3 star hotel. Used mostly by ederly people on rehabilitation. Old equipment from 70's, no A/C, old CRT TV. No amenities included, only towels and bed linen. Restaurant and main reception are in different buildings. Church is nearby and has loud bells at 7 every morning. It takes 3 days to get laundry washed.

I was at the Hotel for nine days, during my stay in my wife rehabilitation.||In the Hotel Complex-Thermal Spa and Medical Center there are three hotels.||Hotel Balnea as the main Hotel with the main restaurant, and Hotels Vital and Kristal.||Hotel Vital where I got a room, is a hotel that needs a complete renovation. The staff was very friendly and gave me another room after my complaint. The second room was a little better, but she needed renovations too.||That hotel got four stars and did not deserve them three.. And everyone who gives that star knows exactly what such a hotel should have. It is not possible for such Hotel to have television from the 70's of those years. Much is what this hotel needs.

The hotel is rated at 4 stars, but the facilities leading with rooms are far from 4 stars. They are equipped with old furniture and small bathroom, which is screaming for renovations. If this hotel wouldn't be filled with rehabilitation patients it would be empty. Avoid if possible.

We have visited Dolenjske Toplice for a 14 days for a medical treatment and we have very good experience.||Nice clean room, excellent food, good staff, beautiful surroundings,..||Spa pool was for free, but If you want to go in sauna you must pay 10 euro

The family we were in Dolenjske spa. The pools are clean, enough space in sun and shadow. On weekends and holidays, it is crowded. I recommend a visit during the week.||The restaurant prices are reasonable. The best is the larger outdoor pool has a pleasant temperature. They have played enough for kids and interesting animation for kids. The indoor pool drawbar care of aquatic exercise for adults.

We have visited dolnenske toplice for a weekend returning from Italy.||The hotel is very good and food was fantastic. We was on halfboard programme and we have enjoyed our best hotel breakfasts and dinners we ever had. We was able to eat everything we can imagine. Also a champagne was served on breakfasts. For launch we visited a local restaurant and enjoyed a lovely Slovenian food. The hotel itself is connected to termal pools with heated corridor. During weekends a night swimming is possible with free apples and apple juice served at pool. Pools are with 30° degree and more hot water. We enjoyed swimming into outdoor pool with hot water which is connected with indoor pool. ||A lovely place for relaxation.||Recommended to everybody.

Fa parte di una struttura di tre alberghi collegati tra loro. Ho trascorso gli ultimissimi giorni dell'anno presso questa struttura. Ambiente confortevole, personale gentile e cortese, ristorante ottimo e vario. Le terme sono belle, pulite ed offrono una serie di varianti. E' anche centro di riabilitazione e si incontrano non solo turisti. La parte termale, raggiungibile tramite un passaggio coperto, va dal bagno turco, alla sauna finlandese, al bagno giapponese per poi continuare con altro ancora. La camera e il bagno possono risultare piccolini ma nenche impossibili da starci. Calda ed accogliente la stanza e tutta rifinita in legno.

Hotel vecchio, struttura datata, camera piccola con bagno non tanto confortevole, phone non tanto funzionante. Collegato con tunnel al Balnea vicino hotel ed alle strutture wellness. Buon ristorante con cibo buono. Ottima la serata di Capodanno!! Ben organizzata al ristorante Kristal!! Consigli: andare a dormire al Balnea

Questo hotel è la cenerentola dei tre hotel del centro termale. E' in gran parte occupato da infortunati che usufruiscono del comunicante centro di riabilitazione. Però sarà qui che soggiornerete se non trovate posto al Balnea e al Kristal. L'hotel, che può essere leggermente più economico, non ha alcuna attrattiva. Le camere sono del livello di un due stelle, ma non terribili. Il maggiore svantaggio è che manca il collegamento diretto con il centro balnea che hanno gli altri hotel. Sono pochi metri nel cortile, ma possono non piacere a chi ama le vacanze in accappatoio. no wi fi ma un comodo internet point nell'albergo||La tariffa (circa 120 euro a stanza notte) comprendeva l'ingresso libero alla (bellissima) piscina aperta-coperta del centro Balnea e per un solo giorno alla splendida SPA dove, oltre alle cose usuali c'è un bagno giapponese enorme e davvero bellissimo (anche se un po' tiepido, per gli standard giapponesi). Apprezzabile il fatto che la piscina sia compresa anche il giorno della partenza. Buffet più che apprezzabile per la colazione, pietanze cucinate mediocri, ma niente di terribile. Consiglio qualche trattoria nei dintorni. Personale medio, dal gentile a un po' rude, tutti parlano un poco di italiano.||Tra gli altri pro, oltre in centro Balnea, c'è la posizione (poco più di un'ora da Lubiana e Zagabria), gli splendidi colori autunnali (raccomandata la passeggiata nei boschi vicino all'albergo e una visita al castello-albergo di ototec).||Un avvertenza importante: al Kristal e al Vital non c'e reception quindi, soprattutto se arrivate tardi, non aggiratevi per i corridoi ma andate direttamente al Balnea Superior. Un'altra avvertenza: hotels.com ci aveva prenotato al Kristal ma in realtà non c'era posto e la prenotazione era al Vital,quindi controllate sempre.
