Wifi and gym out of order during our 2-night stay. For us, both would have been essential.

Clean room. Friendly staff. A/C cool on 6th floor. Only negative is wifi is up and down and 1st floor a/c is not as cool which affects the restaurant and bar area. This is probably due to after effects of Hurricane Beryl and the crash on Friday for Microsoft, wifi that is affected.

Right in the water! Very clean and modern hotel. Rooms are very well kept with latest technology and furnishings. Huge 65 inch tvs desk for working if you're on a worktrip. The staff was friendly and helpful. I came right after hurricane hit the week before so pool was unavailable. Otherwise everything else was great. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner. Ample parking.

The rooms are ok, the service is a complicated point, perhaps there is a “bar” at the lobby it’s closed really early , but the hotel is at the middle of nowhere so why to close the bar too early… other guest … maybe but it is so huge that if an elegant felts in the lobby nobody will head it. But we got a nice party!

This was simply the best hotel experience I've ever had. From 2019-2023 I traveled extensively for work, averaging approximately 150+ hotel stays each year, and not one of those experiences came close to the level of service I received at Hyatt Baytown. Jordan Hayes made me feel right at home and provided an incredible tour of the Convention Center side of the hotel. Any company in our area that hosts meetings/conferences MUST book at this location, its the premier spot in southeast Texas. Justin Persaud and Angelina Boyce were always enthusiastic to assist me with any need that arose. By far the friendliest, most hospitable staff you will ever find in any business. The rooms and amenities were top-tier! If you are hosting an event or planning a stay in this area for any reason, do yourself a favor and stop searching for a location, book the Hyatt Baytown!

This will definitely be a hotel I revisit, with or without anyone else. It's like a very mini city, it's secluded from the main highway, the rooms are immaculate, the outdoor area and pool area have great views, and the indoor area is very lounge and cozy-like but still maintains an openness. The restaurant and marketplace both have delicious food and snacks. We didn't try out the bar, but saw several people enjoying it. I really appreciated the text from the front desk. We had placed the "do not disturb" sign on our door, and no one bothered us but they texted us later to let us know they respected pur privacy but were available to send any additional items (towels, etc.) we may need whenever we may need it. I highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers, couples, and even families.

This hotel is great. It's almost brand new and has all the comforts. I was on a work trip and this place made it seem like a vacation every time I was there.

Outstanding property in every way. Excellent staff and service at all levels. New stylish upscale hotel with reasonable rates. Modern welcoming decor, comfortable rooms and very thorough housekeeping. Wonderful on-site restaurant that serves chef inspired and locally sourced entrees. Very nice cocktail lounge with a pleasant ship channel view. Beautiful pool and patio area for relaxing. Lots of convenient complimentary parking. All the Hyatt Regency amenities you have come to expect. Highly recommended!!!

This hotel is beautiful. Love the fitness center and the entire building is nice with a lot of free parking. I really don't have any complaints.

Above average quality Hotel. Well maintained, very clean and professional staff and property. My only concern would be the odd muzak channel that plays in the lobby 24 hours a day. Can anyone name that tune?

Etwas abgelegen, aber sehr schöner Blick auf den Hafen und die Brücke. Zimmer Ausstattung Top- genügend USB Anschlüsse. Pool teilweise sehr windig, was gut war, aber dadurch flogen die Sonnenschirme weg. Hyatt = denkt mal über eine feste Pergola nach, das löst das Problem. Auch wären Kontrollen am Pool von Vorteil...jeder bringt seine eigene Musik mit und dreht laut auf, es wird trotz Verbot in den Pool gesprungen etc. Es sind genügend, kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir fanden uns sehr gut aufgehoben und würden es wieder buchen

Sehr schönes Hotel. Es gibt einen schönen Pool. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.
