We have discussed the issues that came up during your stay with our staff and as far as we can understand, there were some technical issues regarding the room heating which the staff promptly responded to and did everything in their power to fix as soon as it was brought to their attention. The heating system is central and we are sorry if the insufficient heating made your stay uncomfortable. As you were staying at the hotel during the weekend, only the deputy front office manager was present and we apologize if that was insufficient for satisfying your needs.
