The heating system is central and we are sorry if the insufficient heating made your stay uncomfortable. As you were staying at the hotel during the weekend, only the deputy front office manager was present and we apologize if that was insufficient for satisfying your needs. The room was clean and comfortable, but really small (sink & toilet are part of the room). The hotel has a friendly & helpful staff and the breakfast is perfect. Available at the location also a great parking place.

The hotel's paid parking spaces are limited and need to be reserved in advance (€22 a day). Because I didn't know and didn't make a reservation in advance, I parked in a parking space in the same building and had to pay €30 a day (very expensive). The room is simple and small. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, but water will spray out to the ground outside when taking a shower.

10월 초에 1주일 지냈는데 위치 하나는 좋음. 걸어서 5분이면 버스와 기차를 이용 가능하고 류블랴나 성과 삼중교도 가까움. 변기가 작아서 문제가 좀.. 이건 좀 심각함. 볼일을 앉아서 보지 말라는 건지.. 아니 근데 서서 볼수만은 없잖..? 그리고 호텔스닷컴으로 예약할 때 음료 크레딧이 제공된다고 봤는데 직원이 그에 대한 안내가 없었음.

Reception on 7th floor had stale snacks for sale. Not enough lifts. Breakfasts not very impressive. This hotel was more of an. Ibis budget than an Ibis Styles.

Nice room (considering the price). Staff is so so. Would never go there again. Even though everytime I travel Europe I choose the Accor hotel chain (Ibis, Mercury, etc). The reason is simple: I end up paying like 40€ give or take for one day of the parking space. They say they have special prices for the public parking lot but the spaces are so so limited that you end up paying almost as much as your hotel room (and nobody cares). It is a shame but that is how they do business there. For me, if I return to Slovenia, I would rather stay and a different place.

The double room I stayed has no work table and no refrigerator so that you can not drink or eat anything cold . There is no table to work. The air-recycler in the restroom( which has a slider cover not a real door) is not working anytime so that the smell comes to the room directly.There is no cupboard that you can put your clothes inside.So that you are like not in the room more then you live in a tent. I see lots of hotels in the world with different designs but the hotel lost its functionality versus the design.
