I am very much disappointed with the way the hotel has cheated with the booking, providing no proper rooms and other facilities as shown in the website. We had made made booking for bedrooms with attached bathroom and was accommodated in a small cabin for the money paid for a good decent rooms. . It's cheating

Great location close to the Old Town and main bus station. Walking distance to most sights in the city and also a couple blocks away from the main hub so it’s quieter. The room was large and comfortable with a nice big window facing the front of the hotel, so we got a lot of daylight. The bed is large and comfy, shower also great. Just lacked some surface area and storage spaces if you’re staying longer or need to hang out wet clothes from a rainy day. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay and the luggage facilities are super convenient after checkout to enjoy the city before you leave. Has the feeling of a hostel from reception end and the amenities of a hotel in the larger rooms. Also gifted two free drinks from saving a day’s housekeeping service so was nice to enjoy the outdoor space rooftop. A great choice for solo travellers. Also a comfortable choice for couples and families as the larger rooms are quiet and modern. Good value for money considering what’s on offer in the area :)

Kamers zijn opzich prima en locatie is top. Maar de hygiene is echt niet in orde. Zelfs op een festival heb ik schonere douches / wc’s gehad. Er was ook te zien op de aftekenlijst dat het 2 dagen lang niet was schoongemaakt..

Offering details listed A/C. No A/C on the room and 30+ degrees Celsius. Confirmed via notes that offering details were accurate. Not a soul at the front desk, no staff onsite in the evening and they lied about A/C in the room. It is not. Please spend 20 bucks more and stay at any of the many real hotels around the block.

Five days city trip, minus arrival and departure, end of May/beginning of June 2023.The hotel is very centrally located, in the middle between the main train station and the old town (10 minutes' walk in each direction).Accommodation practical and functional and very clean.Breakfast very good.Opportunity to end the day on the roof terrace.Parking garage, drugstore and coffee in the building, shops in the immediate vicinity.Police on the opposite side of the street.Parking is not cheap.Perhaps a coalition between the hotel and the car park operator is possible in order to reduce the fees if necessary.We can recommend the hotel and would definitely book it again.

Все понравилось: быстрый чек ин, удобная кровать и постельные принадлежности. Плохая шумоизоляция. Без изысков, но с этим расположением и за эту цену отличный вариант. В лобби (расположен на 7 этаже) есть места где можно поработать с ноутом, с террасы открывается вид на замок, приятное место где можно выпить кофе.

Awesome hotel/hostel in Ljubljana. The huts as they call them are super cosy and modern. The space for two people is limited where to put backpacks etc. All facilities were clean and regularly cleaned by the staff. Last but not least, the breakfast in the morning is really good.

Had a horrendous time at this hotel. We had booked four rooms of a larger category but were allocated two small and two large ones. On approaching the receptionist we were told there is nothing she could do about it but asked us to write to the management. On asking for the manager, she went in and said that the manager was in a room and it was locked and would not be able to meet us. While the value offered by Ibis is generally appreciated, the lack of basic service and courtesy is something the chain needs to change.
