I stayed here last Sunday with my family. I checked in with a fantastic employee named Kendell. She welcomed me and my family and briefed us about the hotel and its amenities. We stayed on the 18th floor, and it was a great room. This hotel offers a great gym with pool right next to it. It is also in a great location. I self-parked in the garage for $35 a night. They offer a valet option as well. We walked across the street to the Galleria mall for shopping and dinner. Later we had drinks at the bar and some appetizers. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this place to friends and family.

The hotel is in a perfect location right across the Galleria mall. Service was excellent, spacious rooms and an amazing bed. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained.

The rooms are not quiet; you can clearly hear people talking in the hallway, and the club across the street made it very hard to sleep. Overall, the building is very old. There is only one small pool, and the fitness center is poorly maintained. The restaurant on the first floor is understaffed, and no one helps you with your order unless you go up to them and ask. Additionally, the food is terrible. The burger was not fresh at all, and the Tex-Mex bowl was the worst I’ve ever had. I simply suggest you avoid this place—Chipotle is much better. I am an elite member and my room was over $300 per night plus various fees, yet breakfast was not provided. Unbelievable.

The valet staff is beyond unprofessional and ghetto. I cancelled my reservation at this hotel before even checking in with how they spoke to me and my clients. They should fire the whole staff working there this past weekend. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

Very nice! So nice that we're going to stay again this summer. I feel like this will be our hotel of choice when we visit Houston. The location is great. The staff was excellent. And the rooms are top notch. Very up scale, and luxurious. I feel like they cater to both business focused guests, as well as families. One small detail that I enjoyed is that they have usb-c ports in the rooms for charging. Kudos to management and staff...thanks for making our experience great! We'll be back!
