Walking or cycling into Kekceva is like arriving into paradise. Blissfully quiet, you are transposed into a rural delight, in many respects unchanged in generations. The owners converted their farm homestead into accommodation whilst losing none of the charm of a rustic traditional way of life. The property consists of 3 or 4 traditional A shaped houses one of which acts as kitchen/restaurant, although all meals were served outside with the mountains acting as a backdrop. The hosts make all the food from scratch including herbal tea, pasta, soups etc., all delicious. They also make their own wine at a separate location which seems a sizeable operation. But it’s the peace and hidden location that really beckon.

5 stelle perché è un posto a dir poco fiabesco....alla fine del mondo.... Pare di essere nel fiabesco mondo di Heidi....infatti nel 1963 è stato la location per il film Sreçno Kekez.... per raggiungerlo dalla fine della strada asfaltata che arriva fino al parcheggio della fonte dell' isonzo bisogna percorrere un bel pezzo di strada serata un po' dissestata.... Ma poi si viene ripagati da un incanto di panorami....Attenzione....se non si è clienti delle camere non si mangia.... A parte affettati e formaggi che devo dire molto buoni.... Si beve birra ma solo grande.... E non ci si può fare uso degli sdrai distribuiti nell'area e a bordo di una Pozza d'acqua artificiale pseudo piscina se non si è clienti pernottanti....!!!! Quindi se bevi solo.... Non sei cliente....!!!! Detto questo.... Il gestore pecca di cordialità e simpatia....!!!! La cordialità la simpatia e l'ospitalità non trovano posto in questo luogo fiabesco con panorami che ti riempiono il cuore.....sei nella natura più incontaminata.... Sei fuori dal mondo....si ritorna indietro nei tempi.... Non caotici.... Prezzi....? Un po troppo esagerati.... 1 tagliere con affettati e formaggio per una persona 1 birra Union da 66 =19 Euro....per pernottare è meglio chiedere il prezzo....dalle recensioni di altri mi sembra molto caro... Consigliato solo per il posto incantevole......!!!!

It is not just a house, it is all you can see, feel, taste and receive as a true lover of alpine kingdom. Huge gratitude to hosts Joži and Mitja to share their passion with us. This was our favorite stay along our hike of the Slovenian alps. The couple running the homestead were extremely kind and caring. It was a prime example of top-notch hospitality. The food was great and prepered and plated right in front of us. The rooms were incredibly cozy. An absolute delight of a stay.

Arogantna, neprijazna, lastnika, ki se te želita znebiti še preden se usedeš. Izgleda kot da se jima ne da postreči nič drugega,kot le metin sok za 3,5€ in še to brez računa. Vglavnem nikoli več tja… samo mimo če vas slučajno pot zanese tja. Ne priporočam!

We stayed here for two nights, and this place is unreal. The scenery feels like a dream. The location is great, with tons of hikes you can walk to. The rooms were cozy and modern, and the hosts are so kind and knowledgeable. Jozi is an amazing cook too! Can't wait to go back.

Idyllische Lage. Man fühlt sich wie in einem Film. Das rechtfertigt trotzdem nicht die fehlende Gastfreundschaft und astronomischen Preise (2 Capuccinos + 1 Limonade für 10,50€)...

Posto bello con panorama meraviglioso ma ospitalità e servizio accoglienza zero assoluto , con prezzi da paura presi due caffè espresso pagati 5 euro manco fossimo sul monte bianco ....... Ladri

Scheinbar nicht regulär geöffnet. Auf Nachfrage haben wir dennoch eine Apfelschorle erhalten.

Totalno negostoljubje v pravem pomenu besede.. ti ljudje ne vedo kaj pomeni turistična kmetija, kaj je gostoljubje, kaj je odnos do gosta.. odsvetujem.. česa takega še nismo doživeli.

My mother and me spend one night at this lovely place. The room was very clean and cozy! The owners were very kind, helpful and we had good talks with them. They made us a super delicious dinner, everything was handmade and was just perfect after a long day of hiking. The breakfast was perfect as well! They gave us a lift for free to the Center of Trenta, because it was raining a lot that morning. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. I can say that we had a wonderful time there and we had a really good contact with the owners 😊

Waren auf dem AAT trail, wollten dort, vom regen durchnässt etwas essen/trinken. Wirtin total unfreundlich, bekamen knapp etwas zu trinken, essen nichts. Nicht zu empfehlen, macht den anschein, wirtin möchte nur "gutbetuchte" bedienen.... Don't visit - no hospitality, host unfriendly
