The camp site is quite well. However toilets and shower facilities are very old, still functional but not more than that. In France you would qualify this as a 2 star camp site. Especially the very high price (approx 95 euro for family for one night) without access to the swimmig pool is over the moon. Forget the word Residence.

Incredibly rude staff who said the low season discount had ended (too low season?) even though I was the only person there in November. I was made to pay full price and charged for a fully registered support dog which has never happened at any other campsite in europe. Tatty and unwelcoming site with a vile plastic shower cubicle in place of actual campsite facilities. There is a fitness centre where you can use a shower but it is a long walk away in the rain for anyone with mobility issues. I did get free electricity because the hook ups are those two-pin ones from many years ago that do not run very much. I think the staff response "we shall not apologise" says it all really.

Dear Dave the Rave, We appreciate your comment and are very sorry for the inconvenience that happened to you. However, we cannot offer an ACSI rate in the period between 15.10.and 1.4., since it clearly states also in your book, that the period of use is 1.4.till 30.6. And 1.9.till 15.10.19. So the staff was not being rude if not wanting to accept to give the ACSI discount when there is none. Thank you for understanding. We charged the stay for the dog, however you failed to mention that we did not charge the electricity (the dog is 4eur and the electricity 6eur). The showers are available at fitnes center for our camping guests. The one you used is an emergency one that is open all the time, since the fitnes center closes during the night. Again we are sad to hear you had a bad experience with us, but we shall not apologise for not giving the package option while outside of the package period. Thank you for understanding. Just horrible. I did not want to use the dirty portable toilet; the campsite was not clean; the only other facilities are at a local sport club; the electricity sources and pitch spaces need updating; there is not even any wifi provided and it is used as a dumping ground for campers and caravans that have been left for the winter. The reception was closed every time I went and the staff were rude. It cost more to stay here than many beautiful sites elsewhere on this winter away. Maybe it had 4 stars before I was born?? It is very convenient for the motorway - that's it. I can't think of anything else that's good!!

Dear Ruby Mouse, Thank you for your feedback. We are sad to hear you disliked everything, that is most disapointing to hear. Let me just adress a few points. 1) We are not a "dumping ground" for anything. This statement is just false. We offer parking for campers for those that do not have enough space at home or choose so, because it is convenient for them. To call us a dumping ground is quite rude to the owners of the campers and caravans parked and is in our opinion unacceptable. 2) the dirty portable toilet is there as a last resort and is open 24hours just in case anyone needs it. Facilities are open to use daily between 8h and 22h in the main fitness building not 30m away, are clean and heated. Main sanitary building is being renovated. Needless to say most of campers and cravans are equiped with a bathroom. Chemical service is available at no cost. 3) the reception is closed during the night, and was closed only on 25th December and 2 hours on 1st January. We apologise we weren't there when you needed us. Nonetheless it must be said that the information is clearly stated on our entrance door. 4) we are most disapointed that the staff was rude and would like to hear more about this. Comodissimo per andare in centro, collegatissimo. Unico neo il prezzo visto il periodo 28-29/12/2012.

Relativ teuer, ziemlich dreckige und zu wenige Sanitäranlagen (zumindest bei unserem Aufenthalt). Für Besichtigung der schönen Stadt Ljubljana aufgrund seiner guten Lage dennoch geeignet.

Very disappointed with this campsite open all year but obviously they don't want to be all there is is one portacabin with one toilet and one shower luckily there's not many people here not worth the 30euros a night

In high season the camping facilities are dated and grubby but it is convenient if you are arriving from the motorway. In low season there is only a filthy portaloo or you can use a shower at the local swimming pool - if it is open. Nothing is included, you will pay extra for everything. The hook ups are those 2 pin ones from years ago that will just about run the lights and not much else and the place is just storage for unoccupied campers and caravans. The grounds are poorly maintained with huge piles of rotten leaves and discarded bits of wood and wire, the fences are broken and half the lights don't work. I was the only human camping and I felt quite scared in the dark but still got charged nearly €30 and treated very rudely by the staff. When only one person is there it really must be bad!
