However, we cannot offer an ACSI rate in the period between 15.10.and 1.4., since it clearly states also in your book, that the period of use is 1.4.till 30.6. And 1.9.till 15.10.19. So the staff was not being rude if not wanting to accept to give the ACSI discount when there is none. Thank you for understanding. We charged the stay for the dog, however you failed to mention that we did not charge the electricity (the dog is 4eur and the electricity 6eur). The showers are available at fitnes center for our camping guests. The one you used is an emergency one that is open all the time, since the fitnes center closes during the night. Again we are sad to hear you had a bad experience with us, but we shall not apologise for not giving the package option while outside of the package period. Thank you for understanding. Dear Ruby Mouse, Thank you for your feedback. We are sad to hear you disliked everything, that is most disapointing to hear. Let me just adress a few points. 1) We are not a "dumping ground" for anything. This statement is just false. We offer parking for campers for those that do not have enough space at home or choose so, because it is convenient for them. To call us a dumping ground is quite rude to the owners of the campers and caravans parked and is in our opinion unacceptable. 2) the dirty portable toilet is there as a last resort and is open 24hours just in case anyone needs it. Facilities are open to use daily between 8h and 22h in the main fitness building not 30m away, are clean and heated. Main sanitary building is being renovated. Needless to say most of campers and cravans are equiped with a bathroom. Chemical service is available at no cost. 3) the reception is closed during the night, and was closed only on 25th December and 2 hours on 1st January. We apologise we weren't there when you needed us. Nonetheless it must be said that the information is clearly stated on our entrance door. 4) we are most disapointed that the staff was rude and would like to hear more about this.
