You made a reservation through booking.com. It is clearly stated there that we have check in hours until 22:00. You arrived at 23:15 without prior notice. You received a welcome message to your email and on booking.com, where we explained to you that there is no reception and that only self check is possible at the moment. We also explained to you that you were going to receive another message through which you were to finish the check in. You have not responded to any of these messages. It is normally not a problem, as our guests arrive even late at night, but they need to inform us in advance. We answered to your request for refund the next day on booking.com and also one of the booking.com agents contacted us. We agreed that in your case it was not our fault, as you arrived too late and we marked your reservation as no show.
As you gave us a really bad review, We would expect at least some explanation. Anyway, you probably arrived with Mr. Ioan Carneala and we have already responded to his review.
