Can't really say anything about the room, because the reservation was cancelled at 1AM on the day of our arrival. While few days earlier everything was ok and paid up front. No prior notification, no explanation, no contact. Book at your own risk!

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! I made a reservation at this hotel for 1 night, and when tried to check in, nobody was there, closed door, called at the provided phone number 20 times with no answer, after 4 days they finally answer my call and inform me that checkin is until 22:00, we were couple of minutes late, and they DO NOT WANT TO REFUND, but at least they should answer the phone, we had to find another place to stay for that night... the reservation was made the same day about 4h prior to checkin, they just want free money LATER EDIT AFTER SEEING PROPERTY'S RESPONSE There is no such message inside booking.com system for self check in, I have photos of being in front of the inexistent reception, even more, the contact options inside booking, for your hotel are only phone number(where yo do not answer) and email( where you also do not answer) If I would receive the necesary code to enter I would not need to find another place to stay. Worst experience ever.. and you still dare to think your devision to not refund is ok.. good business practice!

You made a reservation through booking.com. It is clearly stated there that we have check in hours until 22:00. You arrived at 23:15 without prior notice. You received a welcome message to your email and on booking.com, where we explained to you that there is no reception and that only self check is possible at the moment. We also explained to you that you were going to receive another message through which you were to finish the check in. You have not responded to any of these messages. It is normally not a problem, as our guests arrive even late at night, but they need to inform us in advance. We answered to your request for refund the next day on booking.com and also one of the booking.com agents contacted us. We agreed that in your case it was not our fault, as you arrived too late and we marked your reservation as no show.

Комната не была готова вовремя. Пришлось ждать. Не совсем добросовестно была выполнена уборка. Хоть номер был люкс.

Its little bit strange that there is no any personal in it. There is a lot moisture in the room because you cant open window. Its a bit further from center city than thay say but is nit to far, 30min walking. Rom was clean and worm, heating sistem works very good.

Sehr ruhiges Haus, sehr freundlicher Besitzer. Sauberes Zimmer und gute Betten. Leider keine Möglichkeit Getränke zu kaufen. Ansonsten problematisch parkplatz zu finden, da mitten in einem Wohngebiet. Abgesehen davon jederzeit zu empfehlen.

We arrived at 14:20 ,entered the room via self check in, but the room wasn't ready yet (it said that it would be ready at 14:00 online).. there is no one at the reception, so I had to call them. They told me on the phone that the cleaning lady forgot to clean the room. He told us to wait for 1-2 hours. We had driven 7 hours to this place and then get told to wait another 1-2 hours instead of giving us another room. After the 2 hrs we came back and the room was ready, but the blankets weren't clean had several spots on them. Hotel looks horrible from outside as it's under construction at the Moment. it's ok for a night I guess, but not really nice. Woke up with backpain, the bed isn't comfortable. Left after one night although we booked two.

I just arrived from The Netherlands to Luwiana Suites at 19.45. No one at the door. No one at the reception. They also don't answer phone calls. I waited more than 30 minutes at the door. Pressed all the doorbells and waited even more. No one is answering. I paid my hotel yesterday. After a long travel day I am tired and want to rest, but now I have to find another hotel and ask Booking if they can give me my money back. After traveling more than 50 countries, this is the first time this happened to me. What a warm welcome here in Slovenia. Update. The owner called me and gave me the instructions to get in.
