I wouldnt call this hotel 4 star but rather 3+. We were happy with the value we received from this hotel. Staff was helpful, calling us a taxi when we needed to go to the centre and we were lucky with the parking space. M hotel has a limited space for free parking and its first come first serve. If you travel on the busy day, tou might have to use public one and has to pay for it. Taxi from the hotel to thw centre is abt 6-7€ one way or you can take the bus which is abt 1.3€ one way and can pay on the bus with your card easily. The room was clean and modern, bed is comfy as we have slim figure but if you are a bit big, the single bed might be too small for you. The obvious downside is the bathroom, so small, especially shower area, super tiny and im a little asian girl and found it difficult to move my arms. Breakfast was good. The outer of thw hotel look like a 2-star running hotel. And the noise is real. Couldnt sleep well for 2ns

Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly. They can help you call a cab to anywhere. We had so much questions and they answered every one of them nicely. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Ljubljana.

Not sure how they get 4 stars in Slovenia for hotels. I hereby only give 3 on maps. Good point: clean, good breakfast, free parking and relatively friendly team. Not good: 30 minutes walk from the center, no fitness, no swimming pool (4*???), sterile decoration. The thing is Ljubjana became extremely costly these last years and the hospitality quality does not follow unfortunately. Fortunately the country has much more to offer.

We arrived very late, but the receptionist offered us parking behind the hotel, and I didn't have to remove my bike from the roof—exceptional service! The hallways, rooms, and lobby looked completely new and/or renovated. The room was standard size but sufficient for three of us and a dog. Breakfast was diverse and good, providing a great start to our day. Overall, the service and facilities exceeded our expectations. I couldn't find any bad remarks for the hotel or staff. Everything was well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The experience was seamless from check-in to check-out, making our stay very pleasant.

Hotel molto grande ma tranquillo, buona insonorizzazione. Camere moderne e pulite. Colazione buona. Un po' distante dal centro, 30 minuti a piedi, ma 10 minuti con le comode linee di bus che passano a pochi metri.

Uredan i lijep hotel. Sobe čiste,mirisne i uredne! Doručak raznovrstan,konobari kulturni i pristojni. Parking besplatan odmah ispred hotela. Veliko hvala VESNI na recepciji koja je bila od velike pomoći! Ovaj hotel može biti sretan što ima zaposlenike kao ona!!! Vraćamo se opet dogodine.
