Aktuelle Frühstückssituation ist die bisher schlechteste organisatorische Lösung die ich erleben durfte. Die Mitarbeiter im Service rennen (mit leeren Händen).
Es muss viel Zeit eingeplant werden.
Der Café wird per Siebträger gemacht und lässt ahnen welchen Anspruch das Hotel als Leitmotiv vermutlich in "normalen" Zeiten verfolgt. Trotzdem meine Empfehlung.
Ich ändere meine Meinung. Die Organisation des Services muss sich geändert haben. Warten auf Godot und dessen Freunde hat ein Ende.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Vielleicht bis auf die Brötchen.

ABSOLUTELY guttered about the whole experience which M-Hotel accommodated me with. Not working air condition, in the middle of summer 36degrees night, not the most friendly staff, no power in fridge, some basic stuff like shower gel, shower cap all missing... We came for a business stay with a partner and we ended up with almost no sleep, no cold breathe of air. When asked for a refund, discount, a simple sorry, we were instructed to send email to their team, if they don't reach us before. We ended up waiting about 4weeks with no contact, and then decided and wrote an email, to which the Sales Manager of M Hotel Gregor Erbeznik, ignorantly replied, they were not aware of any issues, and that there is no issues. Even though i got a verbal confirmation from reception, that they have numerous issues, but can’t refund due to late time (with even recording it as a proof). I wish management od this hotel would be reviewed and questioned about this. Also paying 150€/night Executive Suite for 8houre stay to have the best stay possible in their hotel and getting NO help, NO solution, NO answer, NO taking of responsibility? I feel deeply ashamed and embarrassed for this team.
Hope somebody reads this and actually does something as it is almost sad to see this kind of “reputable” big accomodation center with such a poor, ignorant, irresponsible service overall. It has been 3months from my stay and no solution or contact made!!!

Comfortable, clean and modern room with small bathroom. Aircondition's temperature isn't changeable. The restaurant is modern, the waiters/waitresses and the employees are very kind.

The hotel is situated in the middle of the block of flats, but inside is renewed, 30 minute walk from the city centre. It is rather a 3 star hotel.There is no so-called "double room", because either you have twin room with two separate beds put together, or you have to pay for a queen bed room. Due to the covid-19 restrictions there is no buffet breakfast, but served based on a very limited menu therefore quite slow. (but it's the procedure in all hotels in Slovenia)
