酒店很新，毛巾，床品都能看出来，房间很大很宽敞，但是带马桶的浴室却很小，非常局促，浴室的通风系统没有很好。酒店基本什么都没有配备，没有面巾纸，没有烧水壶，没有茶包，浴室的配置也是极简的，尤其吐槽一下淋浴花洒，那个蓬头真的很小。早餐还可以，正常西式的早餐，选择也都是标准款，但水果都不甜，品质一般。最后表扬一下床垫，虽然这是个没有queen bed or king bed的酒店，所谓大床房就是两个单人床并到一起，但床垫和枕头睡起来很舒服，晚上安静，休息的不错。

Staff very helpful. Nice and clean hotel.|Well equipped room with TV, fridge, bathroom etc.|I had aasked for a room on the upper floor and from here I had nice view of mountains.|Excellent breakfast included.|Car parking is included and is at side of the hotel you can park your own car.|Its about 20 minutes walk into town there are rental scooters and bikes outside so I used those. I assume there is a bus if you dont want to walk.

Booked hotel one night in July. Hotel location is fine, but room found with dirty towels inside, strong chemicals smell and parking wasn't free as advertised. Staff was nice but overwhelmed with visitors that day and very tired. Also building itself looked like box with windows. Probably old Soviet style architecture. We didn't stay and informed staff about it. Reception responded "show us the room and if I see dirty towels I would get you another room" -actually not a nice way to address the issue, like we were lying about towels. But again they were very tired that day.

Zimmer waren ok. Keine Türe im Familienzimmer vorhanden. Ca 30 Gehminuten ins Zentrum. - Schlafsofa quietscht, Caffepulver im Zimmer abgelaufenen, Minibar leer, Kühlschrank verschmutzt, wir mussten Parkplatz zahlen, Frühstück war in Ordnung, Personal war aber nicht sehr aufmerksam Wir waren auf Durchreise mit 3 Kindern und erhielten Zimmer direkt über Konzertplatz. Uns wurde gesagt, dass Musik um 22 Uhr endet. Um 23.30 Uhr konnten meine Kinder endlich einschlafen. Nacht war sehr laut, man hört, wenn sich andere Gäste im Badezimmer aufhalten. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns Reduktion versprochen. Leider nichts erhalten. Emails wurden ignoriert! Für uns einfach enttäuschend!

I was given a warm welcome on arrival check in by Nina and Ervin l was allocated room 116 it was immaculate breakfast was a very high quality food the restaurant is also very good Slavi gives tge guests a nice welcome as well all staff are very pleasant and helpful Erwin is exceptionally helpful nothing is too much trouble the hotel is very well managed by him my stay was first class the hotel has some shops close by also the bus stop to the city is just minutes from the hotel the city can be reached in 10 minutes l would certainly come back and highly recommend this hotel to others you will not be disappointed.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Croatia. The room we had was very large and airy, modern and clean.The staff were helpful in finding good restaurants nearby and pleasant in general.Can warmly recommend the hotel.

I received a very warm welcome on arrival staff were friendly polite and professional my room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable breakfast and dinner are of a high quality with many choices this hotel functions to an excellent standard due to how it is managed by Ervin the hotel manager he has exceptionally good communication and customer care skills all my requests were. honoured for his guests nothing is impossible he is a reall asset to the hotel this is very important for any hotels reputation.The hotels location is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop and about 5 stops to the city centre l would highly recommend this hotel to others and l will certainly come back thanks to all the lovely staff my stay was just perfect.

Odlican hotel, cisto i uredno, ljubazno osoblje. Dali su nam unapredjene sove. Lokacija dosta dobra. Takodje smo dobili i besplatan parking. Ljudi su se stvarno potrudili da nam izadju u susret (uzeli smo tri sobe). Pozdrav za osoblje

Vrij groot hotel op ongeveer een half uur stappen van het stadscentrum. De kamers zijn netjes, de badkamer klein. Merkwaardig dat er op het tweepersoonsbed een 1-persoons dekbed lag. Er is heel veel keuze bij het ontbijt.
