Если довести до ума. То место расположение очень тихое в частном секторе, недалеко от парка. Комнаты большие, большая трасса с видом и просторные общественные пространства. Но всё перекрывают текущие минусы. Вы попадаете в недостроенный хостел, в котором продолжается строительство днём. Везде недострой, где-то отсутствуют периллы, где-то торчат провода. Днём приходят строители врубают музыку и начинают ремонт, притом посреди кухни, курят. Уборка никакая, при заезде были горы мусора на кухне. В номере отсутствовали шкафы или хотя бы вешалки. Бельё темного цвета, видимо чтобы не было видно пятен. По утрам и вечерам в туалет-душ могут быть большие очереди.

´´ Apartments´´ are anything else but luxury. Rooms are dirty and smell like cigars. They gave us a room which was 2x size smaller than on Booking.com, beds were absolutely terrible and disgusting to even sit on. We told the guy at the reception that we want to leave, that it is not at all what was described and on pictures and he agreed. He promised that everything is fine, he will confirm with Booking.com refund of our money. We never received the money back, it is impossible to reach them. I strongly recommend you to book something else in Ljubljana!

It al started with the wrong address on agoda. ||upon arriving we had to call the owner multi-pose times, because nobody was working there, after a couple of hours he finally messaged back telling us the code of the gate, and that we would just let us self in.||The building is not finished at all.||On the site it said that we would have a private bathroom, but we had to share with 13 other people.||There is only 1toilet, which seat was broken, and 1bathtub (no shower) that wouldn't fill up because the plug was broken as well.||So you can imagine the waiting time, because all was in 1room.||||The entire time we were there, we didn't see any staff.||At the end of our stay, and multiple messages later, we found out that the owner just cancelled our stay, so he could collect our payment that way.||||So people be aware, for this false advertised dirty "apartments"!

Leider kann ich keine 0 Sterne vergeben. Das Hotel war absolute Katastrophe. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich, aber ALLES andere ist unzumutbar! Schimmel an der Decke, nicht gereinigte Zimmer, Das Gebäude befindet sich noch im Bau, die Inneneinrichtung ist kaputt!

Район очень тихий и зеленый, рядом продуктовый магазин и остановка автобуса. До ж.д.вокзала 15-20 минут пешком. Сам хостел неприятный и неуютный, хотя на фото все красиво. По факту название и номер дома не соответствуют указанным на букинге. В доме ремонт, везде недоделки, склады какого-то хлама, ходят и курят строители, красят стены )) Постельное белье дешевое, темного цвета. В первый день было грязно, накурено, переполненные корзины для мусора, в ванной вонь. С утра умыться проблема, т.к. гостей много. В комнате нет даже гвоздя в стене, куда можно было бы повешать одежду. Похоже, что отличные отзывы липовые для накрутки рейтинга, а хозяин по ходу накопления негатива просто переименовывает "отель". Не рекомендую.

Disorganizzazione e camere affitate per camere con il bagno incluso e poi ti trovi con il bagno in comune,sempre occupato e ti tocca pisciare dove capita e poi trovi nell terrazzo dei giovani ubriachi che urlano e non ti fanno dormire tutta la notte!!che schiffo!!!grande fregatura!!!😢😢😢😱😱un incubo
