A FUIR Nous venons de quitter cet établissement et le logement n'est pas louable en l'état. Globalement l'entretien de la chambre laisse à désirer. Dans la chambre : fourmis, lits qui grincent, poussières à l'arrière du lit, câbles électriques visibles, fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas (pourtant indispensable vu le bruit dans la rue). Dans la salle de bain : fourmis, moisissures du sol au plafond, robinet qui fuit, odeurs désagréables (humidité et égouts). Nous n'avons rencontré personne pour discuter de l'ensemble de ces éléments, même pas un message pendant notre séjour. Payer 100€ la nuit pour chasser les fourmis et araignées, non merci. L'emplacement exceptionnel ne peut en aucun cas justifier un manque d'entretien.

Wir waren im Appartement "Minka" untergebracht. |- Das Appartement war sehr klein und eng für 2 Personen. |Wir haben für 4 Nächte gebucht und die "Vermieterin" Julija kein einziges Mal zu Gesicht bekommen.|- Schon im Eingang würde man von einem fleckigen Teppich empfangen.|+ Das Treppenhaus und hat einen wirklich schönen alten Charme, mit allen, schiefen Holztreppen. |+ Alle Räume werden mittels eines Zahlencodes geöffnet, was sehrn angenehm war. Am letzten Tag hat der Code für die Eingangstür nicht funktioniert, wir könnten aber durch die darunterliegende Bar und Haus.|- Die Duschkabine war eklig. Sie war teilweise verrostet und die Halterung für die Dusche war kaputt (Siehe Fotos). Julija wird sie erst nach unserer Abreise reparieren (nach ihrer Aussage am Telefon). In der Dusche lag ein Haargummi, mit dem wir alles provisorisch repariert haben.|- Im Schrank, der auf einem ca. 40cm hohen Podest stand, begannen sich 2 lose Zimmersafes. Der obere war zu und der untere defekt/aufgebrochen (siehe Foto), beide hätte man einfach wegtragen können.|+ Die Betten waren sehr bequem!|- Es war - trotz einstelliger Temperaturen außen - abartig warm in dem winzigen Dachzimmer. Das Fenster konnte man nachts nicht offen lassen, wegen dem Lärm von der Bar unter dem Fenster.|+/- Die Lage ist extrem zentral, direkt an der Ljunlianica. Dadurch aber auch sehr laut bis in die Morgenstunden, weil direkt in der Partymeile. Es liegen aber Oropax im Zimmer bereit.|- Das Frühstück sollte man auf keinen Fall mitbuchen. Es wird in der muffeligen und lauten Bar auf kleinen Bartischen, auf Barhocker serviert. Es gibt 3 verschiedene herbe Platten, nichts Süßes (wie Brioche, Marmelade, Müsli...) und dazu verschiedene Sorten Kaffee.|- Irgendwie war alles in dem Zimmer und Haus schief, wackelig und reparaturbedürftig.|- Das Zimmer wurde in den 4 Tragen kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Vielleicht hab ich da was falsch verstanden, aber ich bin eigentlich von einer täglichen Reinigung ausgegangen.|Fazit:|Einmal und nie wieder

We stayed at Mescanka for 3 nights on our last days in Slovenia which is an amazing and over looked country to visit. The view over the pedestrian walkway along the river is so fun. The location is perfect. 5-10 walk to everything. Our room was delightful with everything you would need to stay multiple days. The most important was the customer service with Julija the manager. She was attentive and was always there for us. We would love to go back sometime to Vid it more if Slovenia using her place as a base. The location can be busy and a bit noisy but the windows block out all of the sound.

I had a pleasant time at Meščanka. The hotel is very close to the 3 bridges and other landmarks in the old town. |I had the funniest check in story so far. I couldn’t find the hotel. Google map failed to give me the last step to find the hotel. So I kept searching, walking perpendicularly to the hotel until someone asked me if I were looking for Meščanka. It was Julija, the manager. She recognized me from the id I sent during online check in. Julija also helped me carry my heavy piece of luggage through the stairs. |It’s a small hotel. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. My studio had a sunken kitchen. The kitchen was fully operational. |Ljubljana is a very charming city. Most travel blogs recommend 2 days to visit. I, however, recommend 4 days to walk around the town, go to an early day trip to Bled and another day trip ti Piran. |I do recommend Meščanka for its warmth and cordial atmosphere.

We verbleven hier één nacht. Op de foto’s ziet het er allemaal nieuw en verzorgd uit, maar in werkelijkheid helaas niet zoals verwacht. In de badkamer een grote schimmelplek. s ‘Nachts werden wij beiden wakker van ‘kleine beetjes’. De mieren liepen door het bed. Locatie midden in het oude centrum. Erg leuk, behalve de cocktail bar die direct onder ons raam tot 3uur in de ochtend enorme herrie veroorzaakte. Geen aanrader dus!

loved our stay there. it is right in the center. bars & restaurants right around the corner. shopping mile just behind the building. very clean, lovelt stuff, keeps you updated. keep the windows closed during the night: it can get a wee loud from the bars & restaurants. good value for money.

The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. We were very happy with our choice. The apartment is located in the center of Ljubliana‘s old town at the river side and you can reach every destination in walking distance. We would book it happily again.

El departamento Muy pequeño para una pareja, camas separadas( a pesar de solicitar 2 plazas). Colchones poco confortables. Imposible descansar o dormir, ya que nuestra ventana comunicaba a un pasillo de un bar y restaurant.||Una Decepción. No lo recomiendo, Sólo tiene ubicación excelente.

Barátságos és modern hely. Egyedüli probléma, hogy az apartman mellett van egy igénytelen kalózkocsma, ami miatt hajnal fél négyig üvöltöznek az ablak alatt a részeg vendégek.

Great location, however, since you are right on the river you are also on the river night scene which is noisy with people having a good time. Windows do a great job of keeping the noise out. Super friendly staff. Have rooms that are like a efficiency apartment including full kitchen (no microwave). Great space for the price!! Historical details throughout. Pay extra for a breakfast in the cafe on the first floor - which has friendly staff and a decent hot or cold breakfast - convenient.
