We booked our stay at Neu Residence to be later notified that the room rate we booked for was wrong and the correct rate is much higher. We were forced to either choose to book with the much higher rate or cancel our booking. We booked this thinking it’s a deal and booked our flights accordingly, so it’s inconvenient to have to change our trip just because the property made a mistake on their room rate. I was also getting many messages from this property and booking platform customer service to push for a decision while I’m traveling in a completely different timezone and couldn’t answer in time, and only to see this morning our booking is now canceled. The property seems like a nice place to stay but the service and booking experience have been very inconvenient.

Dear Ann, we are sorry for the inconvenience. There was a technical issue in the communication between our PMS and channel manager, whic resulted in negative price on one of the OTAs. We hope you can understand that this wan on obvious example of an error fare. That is why we kindly asked you to cancel the booking and book again, with wich we offered an extra night or free breakfast for the duration of the stay. As the mistake was done our side we didn't imply you must cancel the booking. The choice was your and we, of course, appreciate it. We are sorry to hear that the experience downgraded your opinion of us. We are looking forward to hosting you in the future. Se si potessero mettere 6 stelle le metterei, camere super moderne, ricche di asciugamani, accappatoi, anche in più, cuscini, canovacci (chiaramente in più rispetto a quelli che servono per la stanza) cucina stupenda, super moderna, piano a induzione. Bagno molto largo, minimal, l'unica pecca, non avevano il bidè, ma tutto il resto compensava. Tutta la stanza era contornata da finestre, quindi molto luminosa e con una bella vista. Piscina sul tetto riscaldata, la possibilità di stare sul tetto fino a una certa ora e godersi il panorama. Parcheggio sotterraneo con ascensore per auto, palestra super accessoriata e moderna, la possibilità di fare colazione o mangiare qualcosa durante tutta la giornata. Come posizione , 300 metri e arrivi al centro di lubjana, letteralmente 2 Min a piedi.

Great stay at NEU Residences! The S apartment was just perfect for a short stay with everything you need. Very stylish and minimal. Strategic location as very close to the main attractions. SMART TV, coffee machine, dishwasher, pans and pots, fridge, WiFi everything worked just seamlessly. The breakfast service can be improved a bit although the breakfast menu was ok. I didn’t like so much the check-in at 3pm and the checkout at 10am. I would have preferred 2pm/11am like many other places. Parking 25€ per night a bit too much.

Particolare attenzione per i bambini, abbiamo trovato set da bagno composto da prodotti indicati per i più piccoli.|La struttura dispone di un parcheggio privato, servizio a pagamento. |Situata a pochi metri dal centro. |Possibilità di fare check-in e check out online.|Unica nota stonata è la colazione, un po’ scarsa nell’assortimento.|Condizioni igieniche buone.

The positive reviews on booking and Google fell short of expectations. The hotel seems okay, but numerous minor issues prevent it from being considered ideal or good. 1. Self-check-in is convenient, but it comes with drawbacks. The average nightly cost is around 100 euros, excluding typical tourist taxes. However, you can't register until you pay an additional 6 euros per person. 2. The door opening system frequently malfunctions, responding to the QR code only 3 or 4 times. 3. The room is uncomfortably cold, with inadequate heating—a single radiator for the entire room that hardly works. No sign of a heater in the bedroom. 4. Despite the generally nice appearance of the room, there are several shortcomings: - The toilet door doesn't close. - Weak water pressure in the shower. - Broken toilet brush. - Non-functional bedside lamp. - Lack of a kettle. - Wall damage. - Curtains don't fully close (not blackout). - Some dishes are in poor condition. What's positive? - The downstairs cafe is open from 7 to 23, offering a chance to buy delicious tea since rooms lack kettles or even tea bags. - Tasty breakfast. - Fast Wi-Fi. - Although there's no reception, a concierge is available until 19:00, providing assistance like document printing. - English is spoken by all staff.

Znaci, preporuka za apartman. Velik, 60m2, opremljen, topao, tih, s lijepim pogledom. Postoji i garaza, malo skupa šala, "nocenje" auta 25 eura. Blizina centra Ljubljane, super. Dorucak, previse fensi pa ostanes gladan. Drazi su mi hoteli sa svedskim stolom za dorucak.

Smjestaj u predivnoj modernoj zgradi u mirnom okruzenju, a samo nekoliko minuta pjesice do samog centra. Apartman odlicno opremljen, lijepo uredjen i ugodan. Sehr schönes Apartment, schöner Boden und hübsche Einrichtung. Sehr gut durchdacht. Check in und out war super easy und die Tiefgarage (schmal) aber auch sehr hilfreich. Absolut empfehlenswert
