Mitten in Ljubljana findet sich dieses Hotel incl. Tiefgarage (weil es recht schwer ist, einen sicheren Parkplatz für die Nachtzeit zu finden). Optisch (weil die Stadt bei ihrer Größe noch sehr überschaubar geprägt ist) sticht der Tower hervor, hat aber neben einer schönen Lounge (für Kaffee und Croissant) tolle Zimmer für die Übernachtung und etwas mehr. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und unser Raum war von der Koch/Sitzecke abgetrennt und hatte zudem noch ein recht großes (ca. 9qm) Bad. In der Küche als auch im Bad findet sich alles, was man für einige Tage sehr gut gebrauchen kann. Für Städtereisende eine absoute Empfehlung, weil man auch jederzeit zwischendurch wieder ins Hotel gehen kann, liegt ganz nah an der Innenstadt. Einfach toll und eine Empfehlung! Vor allem, weil auch sehr sauber!

The room is big and modern. The bathroom is really big , the water is hot. The only drawback is the glass separates the shower place is too small. After a shower, water spills out and like one quarter of the room gets wet. The night that we staye, it seemed the A/C only had hot air and we felt so hot.

Excellent service, beautiful totally new building and facilities. Well thought desgin and attention to details. Had a wonderful stay and a great conversation with the owner. Everything was perfect from entrance to the rooftop and pool. Bar and food was excellent. Totally recommended.

Sleek, modern, and hi tech lodging in a great location. Instead of staying Old Town, we decided on Neu Residences and it was perfect for us. It was a quick stay (one night) but the location was perfect halfway between the train station and Old Town. Only a 10 minute walk to The Triple Bridge in a safe and lighted area. Room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our needs. The rooftop lounge was awesome for a glass of champagne or wine overlooking the castle. Nice staff and quick responses to my emails prior to our arrival. Much better value than Old Town but I think just as good location, especially for our one night needs in the city.

La cosa più importante... è pets friendly!|L'appartamento è molto grande, spazioso, luminoso. L'unica pecca è che dalla finestra si vedeva il muro dell'edificio di fronte. |All'undicesimo piano c'è un terrazzo stupendo con piscina, champagne e vista niente male. Bisogna però prenotare nei weekend perché è pienissimo.

The studio was high spec, with good quality furnishings and plenty space and amenities for a short break. ||Location was perfect, being a short distance from both the station and city centre. ||There's a good range of pots and pans if you want to cook (but a microwave or oven may have been useful). There’s an espresso machine that came with 3 pods (though a kettle would have been good too). Cleaning products and tools are provided which was handy as the shower tended to flood much of the bathroom, and there was no cleaning during our 3 night stay. Toiletries were provided too. There’s also a washing machine in the basement and even provided washing powder, so no hassles. ||The room was extremely quiet despite it being a large, busy block of apartments with lots of coming and going. ||Despite being told there would be a self check-in email sent to me, we didn’t receive this (apparently this is a regular issue with their system), but there are staff on duty throughout the day who did this for us. They also let us leave our bags in their meeting room when we checked out.

Good location, nice room, fun roof pool BUT almost cold showers, 2 coffee pods for 5 days, no tea, your could walk out with the safe, no cleaning, no instruction documentation, kitchen light not operable which made cooking a challenge, no kettle only saucepan or use coffee machine which didn’t produce hot water.|On the plus side very helpful with late arrival.

Great comms with this company although slightly annoying check in process whereby had to check in remotely providing all guest details, upload photos of passports etc which was a bind whilst on the move. Transactions for the room followed by city taxes all online. A guest pin is then emailed to you. All pretty impersonal. Check out was via the web portal. The apartment itself was huge; separate lounge / kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each sleeping 3) shower room, toilet, fridge, washing and dryers, full cooking facilities. All very new and clean. Moët bar and pool on top floor with great views. We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it although the impersonal ‘service’ felt a bit dystopian. Baggage had to be left in the public area of the hotel until we were ready to depart.

חדרים יפים ונוחים מאד, מטבח מצוייד נפלא. מיקום ט.מ. המינוס שאין ארוחת בוקר מפנקת של מלון , אלא בר מקומי נחמד. מציינת לטובה את מאשה הנחמדה מאד. אפשר לומר שהמקומיים ממש ממש נחמדים. מדברים אנגלית מצוין.

Very well located hotel. Nicely decorated with a modern minimalist look. You get a PIN code and a QR code to access the hotel and your room. QR code didn’t work but the PIN did. They have a cool pool on the 11th floor that serves champagne, cocktails and beer but no wine! Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Highly recommend.

This is an ideal place for hedonists and lovers of aesthetics. Every detail brings aesthetic pleasure, the interior is thought out to the smallest detail, as well as the layout of the apartments. There were four of us, and each couple got a separate room. Huge plus that the hotel is dog friendly, because we always travel with our dogs! In my memory, this hotel will be associated with: fragrant white bathrobes, a gorgeous view of Ljubljana from the rooftop pool, concrete loft walls, good branded coffee in the lobby bar.

Great location to explore the city! Could lose the trendy shiny champagne bar and leave the swimming pool open past 6.30pm
