Vi ankom kl 13 og vores værelse var desværre ikke tidligere klar. Efter frokost i byen fik vi tjekket ind. Man får ikke et kort, men skal bruge en individuel kode eller QR. ||Værelserne er virkelig nye og flotte. En dobbeltseng er dog bare to madrasser sat sammen, så de glider fra hinanden. Puderne er ikke vildt gode.|Der er kun et stort spejl inde i skabet, så det skal man lige lede efter. ||Der er en lille café som kun er åben om morgenen/formiddagen. Det er ikke muligt at købe alm. vand der. |Om søndagen er det faktisk ikke muligt at handle nogen steder i byen, så det skal man lige være opmærksom på, hvis man skal have mad eller drikkevarer. ||På rooftop er der en meget lille pool og fire områder, hvor man kan sidde. Der er ingen liggestole, men loungemøbler. Der er vand over hele gulvet, fordi det kommer over kanten af poolen, når børnene plasker rundt. |Der er håndklæder ved poolen. |Poolen lukker kl. 17, så der kan åbnes champagnebar om aftenen. Det virker lidt som om hotellet gør mere for at alle andre end gæsterne. ||Hotellet påstår at have 4 stjerner hvilket burde betyde bemandet reception i min. 16 timer og bar/lounge, minibar eller 16 timers roomservice. Det har de ikke. ||Det er et flot hotel, men det er ikke pengene værd, det er alt for dyrt. ||Oveni hatten får du lov til at betale 60€ for 1,5 døgns parkering 😳

Für mich TOP! Das beste Hotel/Unterkunft in Ljubljana! Habe dort eine längere Zeit verbracht & kann es nur empfehlen. Top Lage, top Zimmer, top Room Service, top Rezeptionsservice. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, Pool im 11. Stock. Zimmer sind mit Küchen. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Rundum Top. Ich komme wieder!

We stayed for 3 nights and it exceeded our expectations. A little more expensive but very good value. Modern, spacious and friendly.

Nice and modern looking Apartments but only 1 cleaning received during the 17 days stay. Had to use the same bedsheets and smelly towels as no cleaning received. Same with the rubbish - only got collected once! The swimming pool close at 5 pm - hot summer without cooling -though nice pics of the pool on the website. Disappointing. Staff constantly use the guest elevator- had to wait for ages to get downstairs. Overpriced -compare to get return.

Dear guest, we are sorry to hear that we didn't manage to meet your expectations. We offer short-term and longer-term rentals. Longer-term rentals come at a highly reduced daily rate. For short-term rentals the cleaning is done every three nights. For longer-term rentals we provide cleaning every ten days. The pool closes every day at 5pm, as at 5.43 pm the champagne bar opens. In Slovenia the bar and the pool cannot operate at the same time, unfortunately. I stayed at the NEU residence for 3 nights as part of a business trip. Very good alternative to a hotel, for similar prices. The studios are very well equipped and decorated. Code access makes check-in/out quick and flexible. There is a bar and reception open from 7am to 7pm, which also serves breakfast. There are a few tables outside, but not many; it would be nice to have a real terrace. Staff are friendly and responsive. I asked to print a document, which was done quickly. The bar and rooftop pool are really very pleasant. Too bad they're not bigger, given the number of rooms, and open more often. The pool closes at 5pm (I had read 7pm in the comments), so it's impossible to enjoy it after a day of sightseeing or work.

Hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Apartments sind sehr neu, ansprechend und ausgesprochen wertig eingerichtet. Alles bereits digital. Keine Formalitäten bei check in/out erforderlich. Parkgarage mit Fahrzeuglift zu erreichen. Auch alles sauber und breite Parkplätze.

Excellent location , super room decor but very friendly staff. One non helpful lady managing the small bar and dining section forces me to give 4 star. She needs a attitude change to be in the hospitality business.
