Situato a 8 minuti a piedi dal centro,posto per l auto ,stanze pulite e ben riscaldate,buona accoglienza e servizio. Un pochino povera solo la colazione ma ci si adegua altrimenti nei dintorni ci sono tante caffetterie.

Sehr geiles Hotel-Konzept, würde nur noch hier buchen in Ljubljana. Sehr grosszügige Zimmer, gute Aussicht vom 10ten Stock gehabt. Und die kleine Bar unten am Eingang hat einen super Kaffee und grandiose Snacks - unbedingt die Sandwiches probieren. Preis/Leistung sind hier wirklich fair und zudem liegt das NEU sehr zentral. Wir konnten zu Fuss alles erreichen. Gerne wieder!

9th floor, apartment 91. You will love this place and the people. Location actually couldn’t be better too. Just close enough from the center to visit on foot (3 minute walk) and just far enough to escape any city madness. To have an apartment and the service of a hotel is worth much more than any posh suite of a highly rated hotel. Especially when traveling with children or seeking a place that will make you feel at home after a tired and busy day, you’ll truly appreciate making a small meal or simply a cup of tea. Or even having some great wine that you happened to purchase from a local winery. No-one will tell you you can’t because you have your own beautiful and cosy kitchen. 😉 And the views … Well those are astonishing.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! Yes that’s a bold statement I know. Anzi at the front is one of the most helpful and coolest people I have met here. Helped me with what to do and even matched my rate from the night before and gave me a better room. Amazing customer service this man needs a promotion. The pool on the roof is life. Overlooks all of the city and is such a good vibe.

We came for the weekend with a group of 40ppl and had the best service possible. Luka arranged a party in the penthouse for us, for a get togehther the first evening, and was very attentive and considerate. He even managed to find us a restaurant on short notice. This hotel deserves 5 stars in hospitality!

We had a large apartment on the whole of level 9 providing us with privacy and a penthouse like experience. The apartment is new with a high specification fit out and every detail addressed, particularly in the kitchen with multiple appliances provided for the 3-bedroom layout. The location is perfect to explore old and new Ljubljana on foot whilst the pool on level 11 is literally the cream on the cake!

Buen alojamiento en el centro de Liubliana. Moderno y confortable. Los apartamentos son modernos, contentos y nuevos. La limpieza se realiza cada dos días y debido a las obras en la calle no pudimos hacer uso del garage. La alternativa que nos dieron era de pago. La piscina de la azotea está bien para refrescarse tras un día de paseo. No está mal, aunque quizá un poco caro.

If you go to Ljubljana NEU is the place to stay. It's walking distance to all the attractions you need to see. The accommodation itself is amazing, rooms are modern and clean. You have a small kitchen for people who want to cook. The best part is the rooftop, there is a swimming pool with an amazing view of the city. There are chairs and tables so you can sit and enjoy your breakfast or coffee. Last but not least the staff is so helpful and amazing.

Toll ! Dachterasse mit Pool und Blick auf die Burg , leider nur bis 18 Uhr geöffnet. Alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet . Gute Zimmer für Familie

Brand new building sitting in the middle of construction work. You need to walk around the construction material scattered everywhere to access the entrance door. And you will get awaken by the building machines from 7am (but this is temporary). However, the location is central and quiet. The residence has brand new apartments and they are very clean, spacious, modern, practical and affordable. Everything is electronic so you don't need to care about losing your keys. Breakfast is super nice and the staff polite and helpful. Very nice rooftop terrace on the last floor with a tiny pool. If you want to enjoy the pool quietly, it might not be the right place as it's often filled with kids yelling and jumping on you every 5 minutes. Overall not a bad experience but if you come for the pool, be careful knowing the size of it and the fact that you might be annoyed by full families with kids that will ruin your moment.
