Roc, der Hotel-Leiter, ist ein wirklich cooler Typ, der gerne ein Pläuschchen hält. Er hat viele Infos zur Gegend und zu den Freizeitaktivitäten in der Umgebung. Die Hotelzimmer sind sauber und eine tolle Mischung aus dem alten Haus und modernem Style. Im Haus ist noch ein Späti untergebracht. Von der Lage her ein wenig laut, da direkt an einer Hauptstraße gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Prelepi apartmani sa jos boljom uslugom. Blizu centra, cisto, snabdeveno apsolutno svim neophodnim stvarima. Prodavnica je iza coska, blizu je i hemijsko ciscenje, postoje bicikli za najam par minuta odavde, parking u sklopu apartmana. Prijatni ljudi uvek spremni za pomoc.

Nice and clean hotel you can walk to historical City Center or can go with bus also hotel is very near to main bus station and main train station there is no reception in the hotel but dont worry everything works well

Room is stunning, spacious, and clean, shower is amazing, bed is comfortable. The exterior of the building and the entrance hall looks like a graffiti building site. OH stands for 'Old House', so I presume it has been kept like this as a quaint reminder of it's history. Don't get put off by the exterior . . . this place is a gem.

Buena opción para alojarse en Ljubljana. Es un departamento completo y cómodo, con todo lo necesario para cocinar allí. La zona es tranquila y no se escuchan ruidos del exterior ni de otros departamentos. La propietaria nos explicó algunas cosas básicas de la ciudad y estaba dispuesta ante cualquier duda. Algo un poco negativo para decir es que la ubicación no es tan céntrica, ya que queda cerca del parque Tívoli, sin embargo se puede llegar perfectamente a pie. En nuestro caso alquilamos las bicicletas públicas de la ciudad, que por 1 euro a la semana se pueden usar ilimitadas. Cerca del departamento hay una parada de esas bicis, con las cuales se pueden ir al centro rápidamente. Otra ventaja es que está relativamente cerca de la parada de bus. En conclusión es un alojamiento recomendable.

The apartment is wonderful: clean, cozy and comfortable. It is easy to achieve by car because it’s located near one of the main roads and not in the centre of the city. There are some parking places for guests. 10 minutes on foot and you are in a park, 20 minutes and you are in the centre. There are some cafes and supermarket nearby. Kati is super, very friendly and helpful.

Very nice appartements, big and clean. Owner was really nice. The appartement is not so far from center and it is nice to go through the Tivoli park. You have also a parking space for the car which can be difficult to find in the city center.

A very good situated location if you travel to Ljubljana by car. Easy to reach, with parking lots. Walking distance to the heart of the city is 15-20 minutes.|Small supermarket and a good restaurant (Pizza!) are right next to the door.||The host is very friendly, Check In and Check Out without problems.||Air conditioner inside the room, which makes totally sense: because of the location at a busy street we could not recommend sleeping with open windows during summer times. 😁
