Quirky little appartment. On 3rd floor 3 flights to carry bags up to tiny landing at orange door. Kitchen well set up fridge dishwasher. Walk in robe is not in bedroom is off lounge. Comfy bed air con. 20 mins walk into Ljubljana. Next to Tivoli Park. We enjoyed our stay.

Stanza molto ampia,spaziosa,curata e pulita. Doccia fantastica,grande e con acqua sempre molto calda. Avendo fatto solo due notti non è stata rifatta la camera (né letto,né pulizie,né cambio asciugamani),ma appunto per due notti non è indispensabile. La nostra camera matrimoniale (Nikolaj) si affaccia sulla strada che è una grande strada molto trafficata quindi c'è sempre molto passaggio,ma a noi non ha creato problemi. Compreso nel prezzo c'è anche un posto auto nella corte interna. Da fuori il palazzo e il quartiere sono un po' degradati,ma entrando in camera cambia completamente. Comodo un mini market proprio fuori dalla porta. Il proprietario parla perfettamente inglese ed è stato molto disponibile a darci informazioni. Unica nota dolente il letto: materasso e cuscini troppo morbidi per i miei gusti. La posizione è periferica ma comoda. A due passi dalla Union dove fare la visita della fabbrica e fermarsi per cena al pub. Per arrivare in centro bastano 15 minuti di piacevole passeggiata attraverso il grande parco Tivoli.

Vous cherchez du typique, proche du centre ville propre et spacieux ? Vous êtes à la bonne adresse ! ||Chambre spacieuse, confortable, possédant toutes les commodités nécessaires telles qu’un frigo, une bouilloire, une tv, un sèche cheveux des essuies, une planche et un fer à repasser. ||La literie est excellente, la chambre spacieuse idéal en couple ou en famille. La propreté est irréprochable ! ||En bas de l’hôtel Se trouve un petit magasin. ||En empruntant la direction du parc Tivoli sur votre droite vous rejoindrez la superbe ville de Ljubljana en à peine 20 Minutes ! Que vous soyez à pieds, à vélo ou en poussette l’accès y est très facile ! ||||En plus de ces qualités, nous avons été très bien accueillis par une dame très gentille ! ||Bref un super séjour à refaire ||Ps ne vous fiez pas à l’apparence extérieure, l’intérieur est impeccable !

Stayed for 3 nights in Apartment Ana on the top floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin. It has a comfortable lounge area and a very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The host Rok has thought of every possible detail and added some lovely extra touches including a welcome chocolate on the bed. A very well thought out apartment making maximum use of the space available. There was always hot water in the shower and even a heated towel rail. |Location too is perfect for a short stay. Parking is available on the property if required. There is a small shop selling food supplies and there is a great bakery just 3 minutes walk away. Even closer is a very welcoming small restaurant Piramide that has a cosy and friendly atmosphere with good food and service. The old centre is about a 15 minute walk away. Taking the path through Tivoli Park is the easiest way and a safe route for anyone with small children.|I cannot praise OH Apartments too highly. Everything you could want and more in an apartment. I would not hesitate to stay there again and at very good value for money it is the ideal choice as a place to stay for 1 to 4 people.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer der großen Einfahrtstsraßen nach Laibach weswegen einige Zimmer eher laut sind. Die Zimmer selbst sind geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Auto kann man im Hof parken. Der Besitzer ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zentrum der Stadt erreicht man gut zu Fuß.

Lovely well done simple rooms. Very spacious and airy. Love the rooms. You have a fridge with kettle too make your tea and coffee. Overall a beer warm place. Though it is next to the road the traffic noise wasn't a problem. Centrally located just 15 mins away from the main City centre. You can walk around comfortably and seize the day. ||||The owner was very helpful in giving us local tips and tricks. They even helped us with taking care of it baggage in the last day. ||||Would definitely return.

Excelente!!! Muy bien equipado, mucho menaje de cocina, te dejan algunos ingredientes básicos para cocinar, jabones, paraguas, bombones, libros y revistas en inglés, folletos de turismo y hasta unas zapatillas de casa. No les flata de nada. La fachada esta sin reformar y al llegar no da buena impresión. Pero cuando entras, te llevas una grata sorpresa. Además puedes aparcar en el patio comun gratis si hay sitio. El trato muy amable.

Z venku máte strach do čeho vstoupíte, interiér vám vyrazí dech. Jednoduše nádhera, vhodné pro delší pobyty. Není úplně v centeu, ale všude se dá dojít pěšky

We had a double room here for 2 nights and loved it! The room was huge, far bigger than most double rooms we have stayed in, with was plenty of room to move about. It appeared to have been recently renovated and was decorated and set out in a very tasteful and attractive way. It was spotlessly clean and the double bed was very comfortable; there were plenty of sockets and storage. The lighting was great, the air conditioning was efficient and the wifi was good. Metal shutters at the windows blocked the light from outside and helped with a good night's sleep. A fridge is provided, along with a kettle, mugs and tea/coffee etc. It is situated on a busy main road leading into the city centre but despite the proximity to the road, the traffic noise was not a problem as long as the windows were shut. It is really easy to find, only a couple of minutes away from the main ring road and a good base for exploring Ljubljana or further afield. There is free parking on site or public transport nearby if you don't have a car. It was a pleasant 15 minute walk to the city centre through Tivoli Park and the area felt safe even when walking back late at night. There is a small shop downstairs, lots of other shops and bakeries nearby or a large shopping area with a big hypermarket near the ring road, about 5 mins drive. The host, Rok, was absolutely perfect. He made contact immediately after booking and again a couple of days before our stay with clear instructions what to do when we arrived, and where to find the key (as we arrived late) and everything was exactly as he said. He came to our room next morning by arrangement and was very friendly and helpful; he gave us suggestions of what to do and see in Ljubljana and where to eat and provided a lot of maps, guides and books on the city. There is someone onsite during the day, he was also very quick to respond to messages during the evening and went out of his way to help. Would definitely return, thanks Rok!!
