Everyone is so rude, from receptionist to bar tender… I have stayed in many hotels and this tops as the worst service. Where does all the good reviews come from? First unpleasant experience travelling Europe

A special hotel with modern design, surprising interior, delicious breakfast. Although not in the city centre, it is one of the best hotel experiences I have had in recent years. Surprisingly good balance between modern American notes and Central European flavours.

Het Hotel was mooi en de kamer was boven verwachting groot! We hadden eigenlijk een eigen appartement! 🙃 Groot minpunt vonden wij de vele televisie schermen, met onkuise beelden (zelfs tijdens het ontbijt!). Het was heel ongemakkelijk om daar met onze kinderen te eten. Het avondeten hebben we daardoor daar ook overgeslagen..

Loved the hiper modern decoration Service is fantastic in every level.|We stayed 3 nights. They offered an upgrade and a free drink in the bar. Personal super happy to help (only one person in the team was not nice). They'd do every effort to offer a fantastic stay.|Rooms are roomy and bathroom too. The bed is comfortable. Right next door there is an extremely clean McDonald's with the best cakes in Slovenia. A big shopping center is about 150 meters.

The hotel is new with beautiful facilities. The bed was very comfortable which offered a good night sleep. The breakfast was yummy with a good selection of meals. The fitness centre was spacious and well-equipped. Last but not least, the staff were professional and courteous. They made us feel welcome throughout our 3 night stay. It was a prime example of Slovenian hospitality.

We are a family of five and loved our two night stay in this hotel. Modern and unique indoor design. Friendly and helpful staff. Cozy and well-equipped apartment. Good restaurant/bar area with TVs, play room for the kids, modern gym and even a Playstation 5 that can be rented at a little fee. Convenient and cheap bus connections available directly in front of the hotel.

Tolles Hotel, sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Freundliches Personal und gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber der Straße. Der Weg zum Zentrum ist ca 4 km.

Excellent experience in this city hotel. Previously a building for singles, it is now a cosy industrial designed hotel. Comfortable and spacious room that even has a kitchen with all the amenities, two tv sets, wireless charging station, etc. It is a kids and family friendly hotel that has a playground, a good restaurant and friendly staff. It is located next to fast food restaurants, a shopping center and similar places, while the city center is 10min drive from the hotel. The hotel itself has only a few parking spaces, some of which are for e-cars, but there is free city parking in walking distance. I loved the interior and the fact they used their past to promote Slovenia and its beauties. Big thanks to the staff that was helpful and made the stay even better. I'd give it a 6/5.

Esprimo un giudizio estremamente positivo su questo hotel. Struttura nuova, spaziosa e accogliente. Impianti di primo livello, qualità ovunque. Vicino alla Fermata dei Mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro. Albergo consigliato soprattutto per le famiglie.

Stayed here for a week, stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, amazing rooms, super friendly staff, good lounge area with playrooms for children, gym and TT table. Amazing location with direct public transportation to city center, good parking facility
