Kolegica na recepciji je svakako pokušavala, da rješi situaciju tako je kontaktirala Diners koju su nam napisali, da se avtorizacija ne može napraviti zbog naše greške u sistemu. Nažalost za grešku do vašeg dolazka nismo ni znali. Iskreno se vam ispričavamo, grešku smo juče odma počeli da riješavamo. Jako nam je bitno, da su naši gosti zadovoljni i da se vračaju.
