Locatie te veer van pula, super vriendelijk personeel helemaal het gewone personeel. Kamers mooie grot, maar da hout het ook op, kamer naast lift gehad. Van af 7.00uur ochtends lawaai van de lift. Op aanvraag of ze da iets konden doen zijden ze dat ze nog nooit een klacht erover hadden. Dus 13 nachten in het hotel en elke ochtend vroeg wakker....Fijne vakantie zo. Ontbijt goed.

Um hotel sensacional. Todos os colaboradores são muito prestativos. O preço é justo pela qualidade do hotel. O café da manhã é mais do que completo. Se voce quer se hospedar em um hotel, que na minha opinião é mais do que 5 estrelas, o local é esse.

The person who checked us in was unfriendly. The restaurant for dinner only offers a buffet and we really don't want that. Check out is at 10 am even before breakfast is over. Very strange. Parking is a challenge too.

This hotel is excellent in every respect. Entrance foyer is huge and nicely decorated , the pool area and gardens are very well maintained and kept tidy. We had a sea view room which was large and airy with very good air conditioning control. The room was cleaned daily and the bed linen was changed once during our 1 week stay. There are excellent public bus links into Pula and the bus station where you can easily make a connection to visit Rovinj. We had no problems with loungers around the pool area (possibly because the guest profile was older, as the kids are all back at school) towels where issued and room number recorded, there are also lots of loungers in the garden areas surrounding the hotel building. The pool itself is great ,cool and refreshing on a boiling hot day. |What can I say about the restaurant, I do not usually stay half board in hotels. The breakfast is first class with plenty of variety very well presented , there is an egg station where the omelettes are fantastic, they cater for every dietary requirement. The choice at dinner is amazing and not at all repetitive the quality is excellent we even had sushi and scallops on various evenings they will cook a stir fry to order.|The staff are what help to make this hotel a success, they are friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble for them.|I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel , stay half board and get a room with a view, you will not regret it, can’t wait to return.

We stayed at the Park Plaza Histria Pula, we always stay 5/4 stars hoping for the same standards and were not disappointed. We booked a Platinum room and it is nicely decorated, clean and supplied with coffee/ tea, slippers etc and serviced twice each day in our first week.|Food at breakfast and dinner was plentiful, fresh and varied, everything you could wish for. Well done to the chefs.|The restaurant and reception staff are very helpful, nice, polite, professional and take time to speak to you. The staff are truly an asset to this large hotel.||Now the negatives, in short it is a free for all for non hotel residents and locals, you are not guaranteed a lounger near the pool or even on the terrace as a hotel guest ( sad I know but I counted 56 pool side beds and 32 terrace beds, so you do the maths for this size of this hotel!). If you are lucky you may get an odd lounger on the walk way which is not what you expect when paying a high price for a holiday. Please don’t get me wrong we have stayed during high season in popular places around the world before but nothing like this.|We did raise the question about loungers but were told they should be for the hotel guests only, I can sure you it is not the case. |You are expected to pay €14 per wooden lounger or €44 for curtain pagoda beds each day near the sea if there’s no room at the pool but on each occasions I am very sure we were the only ones who actually had to paid. Again there are a lot of “free loaders” with dogs and kids running up and down, setting up camp for the full day and parking motorbikes on the pathways. |We raised it several times but staff do not acknowledge it. This totally sits with management not supporting their staff.|Speaking to other people and reading the reviews for the same Group hotels ie Grand Hotel Brioni and Belvedere at Medulin they have the same issues. |I believe you will find local people, along with the people staying in the beach apartments and villas next door to these hotels using the pools, towels, hotel toilets and sun loungers/terraces and bars. One lady wanted me to use our room card to get into the indoor pool facilities. |With the amount of hotels rooms, apartments and villas on this small peninsula at Verudela there is not enough pools or lounger access for all.|Just one last thing, laying on your paid bed, you will also encounter several times the “want to be guests” posing in front of you for pictures with their families or selfies against the beautiful view you have paid for. Don’t get me wrong I like a good view too but not of someone’s else’s shorts at my eye level several times a day!||We did love the hotel, staff and location and have been to Croatia before but find this hotel would improve if they accepted how much they are being used by non guests/ locals. We can’t recommend this to our friends and family as it stands at the moment but would if the lounger and pool situation improved which is reason we all book holidays aboard.||If you book then good luck! I feel ripped off paying for additional sun bed loungers.

Dans le cadre d'un beau séjour en Istrie, cet hôtel m'a pleinement satisfait : Superbe chambre tout confort (et pas excessivement impersonnel contrairement à la plupart des grands hôtels de ce type), équipement général de qualité, restauration de haut vol et très diversifiée (mention spéciale au petit déjeuner, vraiment top et gourmand), hygiène globale, qualité du service et disponibilité du personnel, localisation de l'établissement (un peu en marge de Pula pour la tranquillité, mais globalement bien placé : plages, commerces, marina, axes routiers etc.). En plus de tout cela, l'hôtel proposait un spa avec plein d'options, une belle piscine extérieure avec espace détente privatif et partie bar/snack, une petite salle de musculation très bien équipée et propre, une carte d'activités extérieures, une blanchisserie et un coiffeur. Beaucoup de chose pour se reposer et se concentrer sur l'essentiel.|Je mettrais 3 petits points d'amélioration pour que ce soit parfait : Remettre un petit réfrigérateur opérationnel dans les chambres afin de garder les boissons au frais, avoir un rameur dans la salle de sport et diversifier un peu plus les jus de fruit au petit déjeuner.
